This thing is a beast. I typically run entry doors through a wide belt sander to clean them up, but i recently got a job for a 4 foot wide door... too wide to run through my sander. Opted for this as opposed to using our 5” orbital sanders to sand it all. It saved us hours of labor for only 130 bucks.
Make sure you have sufficient air. This thing had my 120 gallon 15hp compressor cycling every two minutes or so with constant use. I might consider getting a thicker hose or putting a reserve tank near the regulator that this uses as i don’t think quite enough air is getting to it after passing through my piping and 50 foot air hose. If you have a smaller contractors compressor don’t bother.
Over all great product. We’ll see how it holds up over time.
