The first roller split in less than 30 days of use. The rower was under warranty so I contacted customer service to obtain a new roller. I moved the split roller to the underside of the seat and continued to use it; however, another roller split. I moved that split roller to the underside of the seat and then the third roller split. The rower is completely useless at this point. It has been 30 days since I originally contacted customer service and I have still not received any replacement roller(s). They said they would send me 6 rollers (obviously they do not have confidence in the durability of their product). Note: I weigh 190 pounds, so I am not exceeding the 300 pound weight limit. I will be returning this product, but have been told there will be a $250-$300 restocking fee. How can a company charge a restocking fee when they cannot provide replacement parts? They obviously have produced a defective product, so why would the customer have to pay for them to restock it?
