Bats will move in!
We bought this house on July 9th. I put it up a week and a half ago and use a bat attractant spray. I noticed some droppings near it this morning so decided to check it out. We have bats! This is a great product! I have been told by some people they have tried to get bats for years with no luck. I did make sure the house had a clear gliding path, it would be in the sun most of the day for warmth and that there was a clear water source available. I am ecstatic I have bats after just one week! Hopefully they moved from my porch roof where they have been living for some time! I am ordering two more to set up a colony.
