Plus black and decker if you have a problem has amazing five star customer service just contact their 800 number and they will fix above and beyond expectations to make or keep you as a customer. Not many companies will do what they will and without a headache of arguing or feeling like your in the wrong. Highly recommend their products and company.

Great quality no doubt. the product has worked great. Perfect size and molded for a great true fit to the bolt head. My only complaint is price. I paid a little over seven dollars here at Amazon. The other day while perusing through the *walmart tools I noticed this product was much cheaper there. I do agree that Amazon is generally always cheaper because I do check prices. I have one of the big stores right down the road less than a mile.

I only give it three stars because in a time that every dollar counts, you can pick this item up in town and save several dollars. Sorry Amazon.
