I put these size 14.5X7-6 tires on front of my old Murray riding mower and they are the best tires I ever bought for my Murray riding mower cause I can go in the snow with these or I can go up on a hill when it is wet without spinning tires. The regular tires were the size of 15X6.00-6 but these tires fit my front rims prefect but they were hard to put on and put air in it but I took them to Wal-Mart to get them pumped up and they doing so great. They are worth the amount of money cause I use my old Murray riding mower like a truck cause I pull things with her plus I have a wagon to haul trash, leafs or anything I need to haul on the wagon but these tires hold up great. I am very pleased with these tires and I am glad that I did get them cause they are AWESOME!! I promise you'll love them if you get them for your riding mower. If I have to buy new tires again for my Murray mower then I will get these cause I really do love these but I will not put these on my new SNAPPER riding mower though but my old Murray I will cause she is like my four wheeler.

Golf cart no longer slips on paved steep hill.

I have a steep paved path that goes to my boat dock. When the weather turned cold, my golf cart would spin and slip at a big turn. Took these tires to Walmart and replaced my 18x8.50-8 with 18x9.5-8 and no slip or spin. Was nervous about them working, but am very happy with the results. I may put them on the front as well. The only unknown is durability since they are 2ply and I just got them. The tire said 5 lbs pressure, but it took 10 to fully inflate. Hope that doesn’t cause an issue later.

I have them on a 52" Hustler commercial mower and the traction is amazing compared to the original turf tires. To be fair the original tires (10 years) were starting to show wear but they did last an amazingly long time. These tires have only a 2 ply rating where the original turf tires were 4 ply rated. My old tires were filled with slime as I have some plants with extremely sharp barbs which can penetrate a tire causing flats so I'm sure these thinner 2 ply rated tires will suffer a same fate. The difference in traction is readily apparent as the knobby tread makes all the difference when going up or down hills. My lawn is very hilly and I pull a spreader or a humongous yard vac and traction is paramount. Be prepared to see some large divots in your yard if you're not careful when turning. Lastly I doubt the very soft rubber knobby tread is going to hold up long but if I get a full season out of them I will be happy.

I had purchased the 20x10-8 Kenda Scorpion K290 Rear ATV Tire for the rear of my Cub Cadet lawn mower. These worked well except they had so much traction that when I turned sharp the stock front tires lost traction and the mower would continue in a straight line. With that said I decided to buy these for the front as well. These tires don't tear up the lawn and grip very well. I couldn't be happier with these purchases. Highly recommended.
