I have had the mini rebounder for three weeks. It is so much fun! Easy to put together, just screw the legs on. I do check to make sure that the legs are secure every few times I use it because I did notice that the legs can loosen up a little.
I would say that this is a great starter Mini Rebounder and good for the cost. There are top of the line one's out there that I am sure are superior, but if you are just starting out or need a replacement this is a great one. I get plenty of bounce on mine.
I use it to get my lymphatic system moving, as well as, some actual exercise. I can tell you that you can get a very good cardio work out on it too. I stretch for a few minutes before I use it. I use sneakers on it, but will also sometimes bounce with just socks on my feet. It depends what I am doing, such as just the Health Bounce (bounce with both feet remaining on mat) or Strength bounce (feet leave the surface of the mat), etc.
