I’ve heard quite a few negative reviews and opinions about Blue Wilderness. But I believe most of the negative reviews are about the product recalls they’ve had in the past. I 100% believe in this brand and have had no bad experiences with them. I like the ingredients in Blue Wilderness more than I do in a lot of the other cat food brands including Tiki which I’ve seen a lot of people compare Blue Wilderness to. I won’t get into the ingredients as this is just my opinion and I encourage everyone to do some research on what’s in their cat food and what cats don’t need in their food.My cat Esco has been on Blue Wilderness for about 9 months now and is so much healthier because of it. We tried several brands beforehand including Blue Buffalo but nothing seemed to work and he was malnourished when I found him so getting him good quality food that would help him gain weight was important. After a few trips to the vet we found out he had a grain allergy causing him to get sick often. I immediately went out and got Blue Wilderness. At first Esco didn’t seemed thrilled about the food change, I think he liked the flavor of the other cat food we had been giving him more. But after a week or 2 he got over it and has been thrilled about Blue Wilderness ever since. We feed him the dry food in the morning and the wet Blue Wilderness food at night. We love both formulas.If you’re thinking about giving this brand a shot but are scared because of the negative reviews, I encourage you to do some research on the brand and not to pay much attention to any of the recalls in the past. I believe they have fixed all the problems and the food is great.
