I want to say up front, this is a bit of an odd and long review. I am reviewing a single part of this trampoline because it's is the most easily shown reason.I am writing this review because I am impressed with the durability of the mesh jumping surface. "Why?" you may ask.You may have noticed that the photo I attached is not a pretty photo, there is dog hair all over it, I left it there on purpose so that you can see that my dog does, in fact, lay all over this thing. (Of course you can see that in the second picture).Anyone who has a dog knows that sometimes when a dog lays down, they scratch at the spot where they are going to lay, and often they are not gentle.So why write this very specific and long review? Because I have had this trampoline for over three years and my dog has scratched at and bitten this trampoline every single day since it was delivered and as you can see, the mesh shows no wear and tear at all.So my review is, this trampoline is not only the smoothest, least impactful (as in bad impacts on my older joints), it is also so, very durable because my dog would have torn up any other trampoline, I am sure.Thanks for a great product!

The rebounder arrived in excellent condition. It's very sturdy and stable. I love that it comes assembled. All you have to do is pull it out of the box and very simply screw on the legs with the provided Allen wrench. I was able to use it immediately. Just gently bouncing on it is very effective. You really can get a great low impact workout on a rebounder. If your physical condition is weak you should get the bar that you can hold on to for stability. It's very quiet due to bungee bands instead of metal springs. It only has a soft "shushing" sound as you bounce. I can do a deliberate workout or just gently bounce while watching TV. It's actually fun to use.

I have a challenged lymphatic system, and both my Dr and acupuncturist suggested I take the rebounder 30 day challenge to see if it would help. I had a stamina type mini trampoline that I used. It was functional, and allowed me to judge whether I could stick with it. I am now a happy trampette, and enjoy jumping, as it relieves joint stiffness and has got that "chi" moving like it should. So then I took the plunge and decided to upgrade to a quality rebounder. I read the reviews, I went to through the comparisons, I even emailed one of the links that has you fill in a survey and then it suggests the right type. I chose this over the 220 model because it had a bit wider jump area, and I am glad I did because I think that is necessary. It shipped fast from the vendor, same day shipping, so no delays. Assembles easily in just a few minutes. But here is the deal, it has BOUNCE...so have a high ceiling wherever you do this. It is so much more FUN than the stamina one because it gives more, and it is quieter, and it just is easier on your feet, and joints, and makes it so incredibly enjoyable. If you don't have good balance get the bar. If you have weaker ankles, this might be hard as there isn't resistance, it is fairly freeflowing. Fitness can be dreary, unfun and boring, this lets you relive your youth when exercise wasn't a chore. 40 mins was a breeze, yeehaw!

I have been bouncing happily on this rebounded almost 2 yrs, no issues, still love it, and still reaping the benefits of rebounding. I think it is a quality product, and I still would give it 5 stars...

I'm madly in love with this trampoline. I got it about four months ago and I've been jumping on it about 30-60 minutes most days. I use it for light to moderate activity while watching TV or just to clear my head as a break from work (I work at home.) It's a high-quality tramp, and I definitely recommend getting this model with the pads covering the cords. After four months, the tramp isn't showing any signs of wear and tear, and I have high hopes that it will continue to be my best friend for years to come.

There are a few issues you should consider before buying any trampoline. First of all, if you are female, you will want to find a good sports bra. This has been a challenge for me, and sometimes makes jumping a little bit uncomfortable. The particular jumping motions not only cause a lot of bounce everywhere, but for me the bra straps slide off my shoulders way more than if I were just jogging. I finally found a decent racer-back bra, and now I feel more supported. You want to wear fairly loose clothing otherwise to allow the lymphatic system to move (all the jiggling is great for the lymph.)

Another issue is that you might want to jump in running shoes rather than barefoot, at least for a while. I broke my ankle about 4 years ago, and I have had some ankle pain when jumping barefoot. It's not severe or anything, but wearing even minimal sneakers alleviates that. Otherwise I haven't had any pain or soreness from the tramp. In fact, when I jump I feel like I'm really letting loose and relaxing. It really is a lot of fun, and I think anyone who is into mind-body awareness would enjoy the experience.

Lastly, I think you will find this mostly provides an enjoyable light-to-moderate workout. I'm an approximately 150 lb., 31-year-old female. When I jump at a comfortable pace or jog in place on the tramp, my heart rate usually hovers between 130-160 BPM. I don't get out of breath or sweaty unless I'm really focusing on pushing myself. I don't expect that this tramping will lead to weight loss for me without a lot of other lifestyle changes, but it's a great way to let off some steam at the end of the day, get a little extra energy in the morning, and clear the cobwebs out of your head between tasks. I always bounce on it while brainstorming, when I'm frustrated or anxious, when I'm happy and feel energized, etc. If you get one, I hope you will enjoy it, too!

EDIT: I have owned and used this trampoline for four years now and it is still working like new. None of the cords have broken, and it still feels great.

After spending time researching various mini-trampolines, JumpSport seemed to be the best quality for the price. I reasoned that I could spend $200 and have to replace parts or not feel secure jumping and have to buy a better one in the future so I decided to spend $400 now and start with a good one. I've done five workouts on it now and it feels very stable (curved legs), secure, very well made and it was easy to attach the legs when it arrived. I am a former runner who now has a neuroma in my foot preventing me from running. No pain whatsoever jumping! The bungees are apparently easier on your joints than springs; another reason I chose JumpSport. I am a mid-50s female, 5"4" 138lbs so I expect to get a lot of mileage out of this before I have to change any bungees. I love my rebounder!

I have tried many rebounders throughout the years and this one is by far the best one I’ve used. It was practically fully assembled when I received it, just had to install the legs. It was easily balanced on my hardwood floor (which I struggled with using other rebounders). The bounce is very nice, it’s soft and very enjoyable to use. It is smaller than what I previously had but perfect for how I use it and also for moving around and storing. It’s is a little pricey but for something that is used everyday it is worth the extra spend.
