Supplied cord cannot be hard wired
I purchased the black version of the Infinity towel warmer a month ago. The first one came with a cord that wasn't wired inside the unit (frayed wires) along with a cover that was riveted off center, missing a rivet, and hung of the back sideways. The warranty replacement came with a coiled cord that's only 8 inches that isn't long enough to be hard wired. Suffice to say, WarmlyYours' quality control seems to be nearly non-existent. They do answer the phone and are responsive, but it's frustrating to have this project keep getting delayed repeatedly because they can't get their act together.
