This Coxreels 1125 Series hose reel is designed for air, water, oil, or pressure washer applications and is manual rewind by hand crank action. The reel can be mounted to a floor, wall, ceiling, bench, or truck. It has a steel A-frame construction for strength and durability and 2-point axle support for stability during operation. Professional grade, heavy duty steel construction coated with a durable proprietary CPC Powder Coat Process. Rolled edges and ribbed discs for strength and safety. It has a brake assembly for braking or for locking the drum to a desired length of hose. It has a working pressure of 3,000 pounds per square inch (psi) and a maximum temperature rating of 275 degrees F. This hose reel is suitable for use in lawn care, grounds maintenance, pressure washing, steam cleaning, washdown, and fire protection applications. Leading 2-Year Manufacturer's Limited Warranty. This reel should last many years. It doesn't have a tension brake but I have found that there is enough rolling resistance on the bearings that the hose doesn't over-unroll hose when pulling hose off at a good walking pace. Rewinding 100 feet of hose only takes a minute.

The reel is a great piece but the description is misleading. (1" Hose ID, 100' Length) if you read this in description you would think the reel came with 100' of 1'' hose. I reported this to Amazon and received many apologies which is all fine and dandy but I see that the ad still reads the same so they can confuse the next customer that wants a reel and hose assembly only to their surprise when they open the box they fine a missing hose and then the new customer has to waste time trying to fine out where hose is, which also is complicated.

So first, the products been lost and arrived almost 2 weeks late. Seconde, the coxreel was dented and the wheel was not turning well and with scratch… third the safety pin was not long enough to bloke the reel.

Basically they want to refund me, but I need it and I ask for exchange and now they dont want or "can’t"…. Honestly the products is awesome made and very solid I got to say that! It’s definitely not made in China, but USA..

It su** to pay a crazy price almost 1000$ for this and it’s not even 100% shape and they dont want to exchange…. That’s weird!!! But like we say:«BETTER SERVE BY OURSELF»!!
