    Have always had leather furniture but at 74 I did not want to spend a small fortune. I accidentally ordered two. Have decided to keep both. So well made and handsome. Love the storage for lap blankets. Only 24 pounds.The dark blue is lovely , match’s our chair.

    I didn’t see any photos of the ottoman in blue in reviews, so I felt inclined to show off mine.

    It is a big ottoman, which is what I was looking for, reaching the same height as the cushion of my armchair. The product came in great condition and was packed well. The quality of piece exceeded my expectations, it looks and feels great.

    One small complaint is, the hinge that keeps the lid open closes without much force. Not really a problem though as I’m sure I will be keeping it closed 99.9 percent of the time.

    Colour is what we expected ,a very dark brown . But not black .
    Quality is as good a some of the $399.00 ones We looked at in the stores.
    We bought 2 ottoman's as we have 2 sofa's with recliners on each end . These ottoman's fit between the recliners allowing the person in the middle to but their feet up .

    Great style and it looked like the picture EXCEPT that as others have noted, it is a MUCH darker brown (almost black.) The colour is described as espresso, and that is accurate if you consider the real colour of espresso coffee, but the photo on amazon is misleading. Fortunately, I expected that near-black shade of brown, and that is what I got, so it works with my decor, but I think a more accurate photo would be more helpful to other purchasers.
