Purchased a second pair!
I received the 96" liners yesterday and am pleased enough that I ordered another pair this morning. My bedroom is on the east side of the house and I don't always want to rise with the sun. I read the reviews which is why I only initially purchased one pair.Pointers1. Some have likely not read instructions. The liners DO cover the window, they just are not the same width of the curtain. If you place the curtain on your rod first and gather it to fit the window, and then attach the liner, you will find that the liner perfectly fits the gathered curtain and then window.2. As far as wrinkles, I had none after following the instructions of placing them in the dryer with a damp cloth for 20 min. I used an extra low setting.3. As far as a chemical smell - I have a pretty sensitive nose and could only barely detect a scent and that was with getting very close to my face.4. Thermal power. I do not think these claim to be thermal. There was maybe a degree or so difference between the lined panels and unlined. The goodThe liner does darken the roomThe liner's have a good weight.Pins are included.Use of liners allows you to keep the panels you already have and like.ConsNone noted. Some light bleeds around the curtain, but this is because of my rod, not the liner. I can fix that. Also, some light will seep through where the liner's and curtains meet in the middle. On the window that can stay closed I pinned the middle closed with straight pins. On the ones I just ordered, I will live with the seepage because I open those panels and blinds daily. In summary - recommended for blocking light with the a wrap around rod.

4.0 out of 5 stars Great liners, easy to install
Reviewed in the United States on July 27, 2017
These are great. Very easy to attach to the curtains (without damaging the curtains). I think they do a great job blocking out most of the light. It's what I was looking for.

My only issues are that 1 panel was too small and two panels were too big for one curtain so I had to overlap them. Now I need two more for the other side of the window. I'll add double sided fabric tape to the curtains and where the liners overlap to make them lay nicer.

The other issue is the smell. They have a very strong chemical smell (like when you get a new shower curtain liner) which I don't like but I know it will go away. Otherwise very pleased! Can't wait for the other two to get here.

5.0 out of 5 stars Blocks out all the sun in my room!
Reviewed in the United States on August 19, 2020
I read the reviews before purchasing so I understood that though you get two panels in one package, the combined width of them both would basically be enough to cover one window. Based on this, I ordered 3 packages to cover 3 windows. I opted to put the liners on a tension rod and hang them up inside of the window rather than attaching the liners to the curtains themselves. I am sure the coverage would be just as good if you actually attach them to the curtains. In the photos, you can see a noticeable difference between the left side and the middle/right in terms of darkness. I have these blackout liners on the left window. Once I put them up on all the windows I instantly noticed it getting cooler in my room and it looks very dark! I am happy with my purchase and feel that it did exactly what I needed it to do.

5.0 out of 5 stars Works Great!
Reviewed in the United States on June 28, 2022
I found these beautiful curtains at the Goodwill and loved them! The downside to them was the amount of light they filtered in. I have been on the hunt for a blackout liner to add and this works great! These aren’t the exact measurement of the curtain (off by just a few inches) but I’m okay with that. These are 2 27” panels to be 54” wide and come with 14 curtain pins.

3.0 out of 5 stars They definitely blackout, but...
Reviewed in the United States on June 25, 2021
These work great to blackout your room. They're only 27 inches wide which leaves openings every 27 inches for light to come through. Additionally, the loops that you hook into are made of yarn and they are not sewn down so when you hook into one loop the rest of them go flat, so the loop you hooked into keeps getting larger. My plan is to take them down sew the panels together and sew the loops down. I wanted to iron the wrinkles out before hanging them, but I was afraid they would melt. I threw them in the dryer for about 2 minutes on low heat and they did get melty but the wrinkles did not come out so I just hung them up anyway. They will definitely blackout your room but they might require a little work. Photos are before and after.

1.0 out of 5 stars Liners keep falling off hooks
Reviewed in the United States on June 24, 2020
You have to puncture/damage the curtain with the hooks in order to hang the liner if your curtains have metal loops like mine. They block the light well though. They’re also very narrow so you’ll need to order two sets.

Few weeks later - I am returning these because the curtain liners keep falling off the metal hooks every time I open and close my curtains.

Reviewed in the United States on June 27, 2017
Works well so far and does block out more light. Hope it will block out the Texas heat too! Kind of a pain to attach but for the price I'll deal with it. The length was spot on (I bought the 92") but I didn't read the fine print that the each panel is 27" so both together was 54". I did just order another set for my other big window, which needs 2. Pictured are the left 2 done, right on hold. Would be darker but the flash came on.
