To ensure safe arrival, these ship by Freight, as a professionally crated LTL shipment on a pallet. This is much safer than UPS / Fed Ex. The shipping time is 7-12 business days. This shipment does not include inside delivery. We will mail the DVD and exercise chart separately, so you will be receiving this order in two shipments.

The package arrived in great shape and earlier than expected packaged very well.
It was very simple to assemble barely had to consult the limited instructions. Once assembles I could hardly believe the power. Honestly I couldn't handle much more also very quiet feels like a quality piece of equipment I've had it for about a month now and probably put 6 hours on it without any problems whatsoever.
I also bought resistance bands help with the workout.

I own a wellness center and bought this. Upon arrival the holes didn’t line up with the handle and my husband had to spend hours filing it to fit. The base and tower didn’t line up properly either. I sent photos to seller to document this. Upon use, the tower shook violently and the seller and manufacturer were no help in replacing or guiding us. We made adjustments that made it slightly better. After a month, one of the two motors burned up and we have spent a week playing cat and mouse, not being taken seriously guided in replacing the motor all while our clients are demanding refunds.

1. Shipping Time: Seems to depending a lot on where you live, the 3 to 6 day expected deliver time may not be adequate. My shipment took and extra week with normally processing.
2. Free Shipping: Well kind of, free shipping to your address, the trucker is not paid to move the unit into your home. Most truckers will be glad to roll the unit to your house if it is easy, a short paved driveway, etc. They are not equipped or paid to move the unit across gravel driveways, upstairs, etc. If you need this type of support you must provide it. The unit comes well packaged on a bulky very wide single wooden palette -- this adds a lot of weight, so again depending on your situation you may need help moving this around.

Building:
On one hand if you are handy with tools the unit really doesn't require instructions, and it comes with a set of all the tools you will need. On the other hand if you are like many who must follow instructions you may have some problems:
1. An electrical plug from the control tower must be plugged into a cable from the base unit -- this will be obvious to most people, however, the instruction manual does not cover this step.
2. The control tower is mounted to the base unit with ten medium sized Allen screws, it is important to start all of these loosely before tightening. If you tighten them as you install some remaining holes will not line up.
3. On my unit the right handrail's top mounting flange was not drilled for screws needed to mount a plastic ring-like cover. There are four of these; one for each end of the two handrails, they are visible in the picture, they are for looks only hiding the Allen screw that solidly attach the handrails bars to the control tower. I just left all four off rather that have three of them mounted and one missing.

Adjusting:
There are four adjustable rubber covered supporting feet on the base unit and one on the control tower. Getting these five properly adjusted to best support the unit takes a little work, however, once setup the unit is amazingly quiet. If you feel the unit is too noisy recheck these adjustments, I made three passes before getting it right.

Operation:
I have only used the unit for a couple of days now, but my initial findings are:
1. All manual and pre-programmed functions perform as specified. I have not programmed one of the three user available selections yet.
2. The unit drives the plate with much stronger force than I had expected, on the 60 settings the g-forces are unbelievable almost painful.

Even with the plastic trim parts issue at this early point I am satisfied with the purchase. If I have other issues I will change my rating.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY! I have has the machine for 7 months and it broke. It states hear that it has a one-year warranty . However when I called several days of calling only to be told they do not fix them they can get me the part and I can fix it myself . Lol it is the whole control panel. I am not a technician. Filling a claim with American Express for false representation!
