We've had our hoop installed since July 2016. Our family, cousins, etc. has abused this system and it's held up wonderfully. This Pro Dunk Gold hoop has exceeded my expectations. Installation was easier than I thought it was going to be when I looked at the pallet of boxes on my driveway. I had a concrete contractor pour the court and place the anchor bolts. After the cure was done I had two friends come help with me with the installation. We were done in 45 minutes and playing ball!

I've had to contact Pro Dunk about a topic that was 100% my fault. They mailed me a replacement part free of charge. When I received the replacement part I realized I didn't "break" the original part and offered to pay them for it. They declined my payment offer and appreciated my honesty with them.

The product is awesome and their customer support is top notch. I highly recommend this product and the Pro Dunk company.

BEWARE of 'authorized installers'

Absolutely love the Pro Dunk Hoops system, but I'm giving this 1-star to call out the disaster and botched installation by AzSouthwest Professional Home Services, who was the 'authorized installer'. When they setup the hoop, the entire assembly leaned forward about 10 degrees, making it not only unusable but totally unsafe for my kids. After several weeks of texts and a message through Amazon to get this correct, the installer totally bailed and left me high and dry with a botched unsafe installation. I ended up going through a real professional installer directly from Pro Dunk Hoops' installer list, who had to completely undo this bad installation and redo the entire thing, along with replacing some parts that were damaged. It took the entire summer to make this right - Amazon should either have a much higher standard of vetting their 'authorized installers' or hold them much more accountable! Worst Amazon experience ever! BEWARE.

Sturdy but Backboard is Fading

The hoop is very sturdy but for the price paid I'd expect the white lines on the backboard to last more than a few years. They're fading away around the border and the square above the hoop. Seems like that should not happen for such an expensive product.

Absolutely love it. My friend who helped install is buying one because of how sturdy it is. No wobble on the 60". I did a 2x2x2.5 hole (17 80lb bags). Concrete was most "difficult" but really just rough work mixing. The posts, etc were all easy. Great instructions. For backboard have a truck. We backed up to the post with it cranked down. Two of us lifted up to truck and lifted up the 12" higher while the wife slid the large bolts in. Go 60" not 52" ... it's a much better playing experience.

They don't stand behind there product

I contacted Pro Dunk Hoops about my glass shattering and supplied photos. I was told that it shattered because of something hitting the glass. I provided ring camera video of all but 27 seconds around the time it shattered, cameras record all motion and didn't record anything when it shattered so no outside force, still denied a warranty claim. Find another person on facebook a few days later had the same issue and they replaced hers but are not going to replace mine! They both have the break radiating from one location. This is defective glass and should be covered with your lifetime warranty, not a discount.
