Prior to getting this neck massager, I didn’t fully appreciate how much my neck pain was impacting my life. However, after using this for just one week, I was able to return to exercising, lost weight, my hair improved, and my mood improved. It was as if a fog lifted when I could view my life clearly, rather than through a pain-filled lens. Without that fog, I was able to realize that I was miserable in my job and that it was contributing to the stress that contributed to my neck pain. Suffice it to say that I quit my job and, with my newfound energy and confidence, was able to land the dream job that I always considered to be out of my reach. About the same time, men started to notice me, likely due to the constant glow I now have. Here I am about a month later and I have met an amazing man, am pregnant with our baby, and we are planning on marrying in October. Maybe even better (!) I convinced my fiancé that the town we were living in was not bolstering our lives and he agreed that we should move to Asia to return to my people and connect to the origins of my family blood line. This, of course, will not happen until after the birth of our child. With my new lease on life, I feel as if I am going through the stages of a new life development. Sometimes I fear that this will lead to my growing past my fiancé, but he loves me so what else can I really ask for.

So, the gist of this review being that this neck massager has made me into a better version of myself and has facilitated the realization of a life that I never believed would be possible!

Great product! Arrived exactly as described. With pillow, power cords and adapters (wall and auto). This provides a nice deep, kneading massage with the ability to change direction from clock-wise to counter clock-wise. It works well on the neck, lower back and any where in between. It can be a pretty intense massage depending on how much pressure you use leaning back on it. Great for tense muscles! The heat is wonderful! It heats rather quickly. I've used this pillow for 20+ minutes at a time and never had an issue with burning. The smell is strong at first, like other reviews have noted, but over a few weeks it's faded. I rarely notice it now.

*** I suffer from occasional sciatica pain caused by bulging discs. The last time I had an issue with my sciatic nerve it took months of physical therapy for relief. Recently I had a recurrence. I woke up barely able to put weight on my right leg (hip and thigh pain - caused by the sciatic nerve). I used this massage pillow off and off throughout the day and night and not even 24 hours later the pain level was 99.9% improved.

If you have sciatic nerve pain and/or bulging discs GIVE THIS PRODUCT A TRY! The combination heat/massage will work wonders.

This was a great purchase. Originally it was a gift for somebody else, but it has turned into the community masseuse.

At first it feels like it could be too hard, but you can just move away from it slightly and it works fine. It really leaves everybody relaxed and with less tension.

I also like the two speeds, and found out that only the faster speed has the heat mechanism with it. I didn't know about this function before I bought it, but I really like it. When there is a more intense massage, the heat helps facilitate the feeling of it.

The only reason I took off a star is because the mesh material is rough on your skin. If you use it for a little while (more than 10 minutes), your skin starts to get a little raw. Although, it's not a terribly rough, hence only taking off 1 star.
Other than that it is a great massager.

This is honestly one of the best massagers I have ever had. It is very VERY sturdy and works hard to loosen up those knotty muscles. The heat is wonderful, can get pretty warm, so you may need to use a towel to buffer if you're sensitive to heat. I suffer from chronic tension & migraine headaches and this is a miracle worker. Comes equipped with a car adapter which is awesome during long road trips. It's also very versatile and you can position it in a multitude of ways to alleviate pain or tension in different areas. The elastic band allows it to be attached to a pillow or the back of a chair.
I would happily give this product FIVE + + stars except for it's strong pungent smell, which I would liken to old motor oil or burnt plastic. It transferred onto my clothing, my pillow, even my hair and skin. I'm sensitive to scents so this was bothersome to me. I even tried dabbing some essential lavender oil onto it, covering with a towel and cleaning it thoroughly but it didn't eliminate it. I've used it many times hoping that the smell would fade but it hasn't.
Have decided to return the product as it is bothersome to try to relax with a great massage but not be able to stand the smell and want to shower after each use. Very disappointing.

I previously ordered a very similar product different brand, went through the pros & cons & it was an amazon "best seller" so I chose that one, got delivered, took out of box was gentle with it, plugged in & it worked perfectly for 2 days, then the heat wouldn't come on at all, which was a huge factor for my purchase, I have Chronic Pain & so I returned it, bought it again, thinking it was a fluke, took out of box & the heat never came on at all never once, even went 45 minutes thinking it would come on & it never did, but I did over work my muscles, which was painful for days after, packed it up again sent it back, it wasn't a fluke!! Then I bought this one & I wish I had bought this one first, it came out of the box working perfectly (knock on wood) have not had any issues with this one, have had it for 3 months now with daily use, the only con, which is fixable if you set
15-20 minutes on your phone timer as this one like the other brand had, doesn't have a timer & since it feels amazing sometimes I forgot to set my alarm & it gets my muscles too sore from over use, 15-20 minutes is perfect amount of time per session!! Buy this one instead of the one that starts with a "G" you wont be sorry!!

The product does a great message. After just over 2 months the mesh cover started to wear a small hole on one side and after a couple of weeks it opened up into a very large hole and now the one side is wide opened with no mesh (other side has started as well with very small hole). We don't get the same warranty in Canada as US because they don't sell it here directly so I am going to use it until it dies.

It was used a lot in those 3 months (every single day at least an hr average) and it did help with tight muscles.
