About this item
- [Fast Pain Relief] Awesome Toes naturally stretch your feet after a long day of work. Loved by those who wear high heels, work boots, or spend all day standing.
- [Stretch Out Deformed Feet] Buckled-up feet, overlapping toes, even bunions and hammertoe can be caused by restrictive footwear and years of walking poorly. Awesome Toes help to stretch the shortened connective tissues of your feet so they regain their natural shape and range of motion.
- [Designed for Active Wear] Wear them under socks for 30-60 min daily while walking around your home, or inside wide toe box shoes while exercising. Most toe separators on the market fall off or break during activities, but Awesome Toes are designed for durability and comfort during sports, yoga practice, and dance.
- [2 Pairs Per Pack] You get both standard (U.S. women’s size 4.5-7.5 / men’s size 4-7) and large sizes (U.S. women sizes 8-11 / men sizes 7.5-12) so you can determine the best fit. If the smaller pair fit initially, use the larger size later for a bigger stretch. Extra large (size 13+) also available upon request.
- [Comfort and Confidence] Developed by yoga teachers and made from durable, naturally soft, latex-free silicone. Awesome Toes are backed by a 10-year warranty and come in a protective, engraved wooden box.

For usage, It is recommended that most users start with the regular set of toe spacers and eventually work their way up to the larger sized set, as this particular set is intended mainly for advanced users or for users with much larger feet and therefore of course, toes. It is also just fine to continue using the regular set and never use the larger set at all, depending on your goals. The toe spacers are not made of plastic or very hard in nature, in fact they were surprisingly soft and flexible. I personally have very small feet and toes, but still had a little trouble getting all of my toes in their correct spacer. With this being said, I consider the spacers to be a little snug, with feelings of some slight pressure and slight discomfort at first, although not completely painful either. My positioning trouble is mainly due to my toes being closely nestled together likely from the constant wearing of shoes over time, scrunching my toes together. The first couple of uses I put the spacers on while watching television in the evening and started with about five minutes of wear time. After about four or five uses to get used to how they feel, I tried walking to the kitchen and back and really felt the pressure intensify. If you’d like to crank things up a notch, definitely try walking in them. Although, I’d recommend sensitive people take it extra slow and just listen to their body for how to progress. My advice is to simply enjoy the journey and take your time.
During my personal journey, after using the product about three times a week in five minute sessions for a span of about two weeks, I thought I was ready to start progressing. My plan for week three of product usage was to continue usage three times a week, but possibly increase each session by thirty seconds. So, for the first session I wore the spacers for five and a half minutes, then for session two I wore the spacers for six minutes and walked in them once to the kitchen and back. It was at this time that I realized the increase by one minute was enough for me so I continued three times a week for six minutes and walked in them once each week.
From about four weeks of wear I have noticed an improvement in balance and found that my posture has even improved on its own. My balance has likely improved because my toes are now able to spread out, apart more, and stabilize my feet better - likely similar to how you feel with feet together verses spread shoulder length apart, you feel more grounded and stable. I’m also able to sit and flex my toes more comfortably than before.
Like I said, just listen to your body and remember that this is a process and some may need more time than others. Enjoy!

I have placed the toe separators on his left foot for a little over two weeks now for approximately 1-2 hours per day. Even though he is non-verbal, I know his every sound and facial expression. He has not indicated any discomfort with the toe separators for this duration of daily use.
I chose these Yogabody Toe Spreaders after extensively reading the reviews and honing in on the fact that customers said they were comfortable enough to walk in. This has also been my experience both in my personal test run and my son's use of the product. Since I want him to practice walking and weight bearing with appropriate foot formation, they really need to be comfortable. They can be worn inside a very wide shoe. Since I want my son to be able to wear them inside his AFO's (custom fitted braces), I did have to trim off the two smallest toe holes with a pair of scissors to achieve this goal. (Sorry, Yogabody, for revamping the product, but in the world of special needs, innovation is critical.) His big toe and the two toes next to it are the most affected and are curling under as well as forming a hammer toe situation. This reduction by two toe holes allows him to wear them while in his braces and provides all the structure and support that I am desiring to re-train his foot. I realize our use of these toe separators is somewhat unusual, but I am pleased with the quality, wash-ability and comfortableness. If my plan works and they help salvage my son's mobility, I will be beyond delighted. If my plan fails, I am still impressed with the product.
The small size works best for both my son and I. He wears a size 8 in men's shoes, and I wear a size 8 in women's shoes just to give you some idea. If I order more, I would see if I could get two pairs of small instead.
As for the beautiful, little wood box they come in, I like it! It is a stylish and convenient way to store the toe separators when not in use.
