Great lamp!
This lamp is exactly what I was looking for. I use it as a bedside lamp. I did not want a super bright light, just something to light the way for when I have to get up at night for kids or bathroom. This will light up a room, but with a calming orange glow rather than a blinding light. My husband hates lamps on at night, and he actually approved of this lamp! So far, it has functioned well. My kids also think it is the coolest thing ever...I mean really, it's like a big light rock, what's not to love? The picture of it lit was taken when it was light out, so you don't get the full effect; but you can see that it still gives off a beautiful glow even in daylight.

Nice glow, poor packaging...still like the lamp!

I received it broken. I was able to fix the cord so it would work, I didn't want to go through the hassle of sending it back. Just the dimmer switch was cracked and the round plastic piece around the bulb. But it is very pretty and I would love to order another if I know it wont be busted up when I get it!
