Great projector for price range of 500 to 800 dollars
    4 Stars
Great projector for price range of 500 to 800 dollars
Although only a few days into ownership. This product has be good. I bought it on Black Friday for $540.00 and think it is a amazing projector for the price. Not sure I would be willing to pay $1000 for it as retail price but I don't think anyone will pay that online for this product. Looking not to spend an outrageous amount on a projector I went for 6 months reading reviews. I knew I wanted to go with DLP over LCD and wanted at least 3000 Lumens. The reviews of this product vs. h27 which is 3200 lumens said that this one also less lumens was a better fit. This projector so far has been great! Only reason I have given it 4 stars and not five is that it does put off a good amount of heat and sound is not quality that you would want to use everyday for normal tv viewing but if you buy a projector buy a sound system as well. I have home theater sound so everything else sounds poor to me anyway. My house is full of a crazy amount of natural light and is completely white as you can see in the photos. So I was worried about coloring and brightness. I also wanted to project onto a white uneven stone surface and not to have to keep the blinds closed. The picture has been fantastic at most times of the day. You can't expect to have 4K ultra Hd in my setting anyways even with my 55 inch LG 4K tv the light eeffectdd the coloring.Blue rays are fantastic and even regular cable has been good. My living room is 23ft x 26ft in with 12ft long by 5ft tall west facing window and 8ft tall by 10ft long south facing window and no shade. (Photos are taken with all window fully open and white snow filled sky's creating more light than usual) (night photo taken with windows open and just main living room lights off but hall and kitchen lights on) this house is a 1950's California ranch with no place for tv without making it look out of place and a 55 inch tv looked like a watching an iPhone. So this projector has been great for my family. My daughter loves watching movies on it.I have a projector at my restaurant that is a Benq $1600 dollars and suppose to be theater quality and is very loud. I feel that this one is just as good or better for my usage. The Remote for this product is good and functional it allows me to turn off projector and sound which most do not.I like the double hdmi and audio sound out port.It does put out a fair amount of light from the box but that does not bother me if you are putting in your bedroom it may be a deal breaker.Overall, really good product to date. Super easy to set up, with not a long warm up time for picture.I will wait 3 months and re-review as I am currently in the market for a projector for my bedroom to eliminate a television that does not fit a Feng shui living design aesthetic. If you can get this projector for under 700 dollars it is worth it. For under 600 it's a top of the line pick.Hope this helps anyone really confused by the buying process like I was.

Incredible specs for the price. Image is super bright and sharp. After years of using second-hand projectors, I finally coughed up the money for something brand new. I'm amazed by the crispness of the image. Words are easy to read and you can see even the individual blades of grass in the projected image.

Also impressed with the quietness of the fan. Projector doesn't heat up the room as much as my previous projectors. But unique to this projector is the supreme quietness.

I use this as a home theatre projector. I live in a loft with big windows and I don't use a screen. So I need a machine that is powerful and bright. Half the time the room isn't even dark. Still works very well.
