KSIF Series Indoor Fan Coil Unit

The KSIF Series are engineered with oscillating louvers to ensure even air distribution throughout your space. The louvers work in tandem with the long-range air discharge to make sure the room always feels comfortable while eliminating hot/cold spots in the room. The Thin and slim design is realized by a multi-bend, high efficient hydrophilic fin heat exchanger with a high efficient blower wheel. You can always enjoy 3 adjustable fan speeds, all-in-one efficient heating, and cooling, along with dedicated dehumidification. The auto clean is also a great function that cleans and dries the evaporator to prevent bacterial growth to maintain healthy indoor air quality. With fast and easy installation, a 'Quick-Hook' wall hanging system is included with an additional gap for pipe installation. Other key features such as: Self-diagnosis, Refrigerant Leak Detection, Turbo Function, Sleep Mode, and Freeze Protection are also included.

KSIF Series Outdoor Condensing Unit

The KSIF Series Outdoor Condensing Unit comes with pre-flared line-sets as well as 25 ft. pre-charged. Double cam twin rotary compressor is integrated with DC Inverter Technology that enables variable compressor speeds, reducing the power usage to the minimum while keeping the indoor temperature steady with no fluctuations. Automatic defrost ensures compressor longevity by preventing condensation from freezing and damaging the compressor. A Built-in base pan heater ensures reliable operation during winter temperatures as low as -5 °F. Low outdoor noise operation and a small footprint make choosing a location for the outdoor ductless unit easy. It requires little ground space and can be mounted to a wall with brackets (not included).

The new Klimaire KSIF012-H115-S 12000 BTU ductless mini-split heat pump includes a pre-vacuumed indoor unit, pre-charged outdoor unit, mounting bracket for the inside unit, remote control and a pre-flared 13 ft. Installation kit. 12,000 BTU Klimaire 16 SEER Ductless Mini-Split Inverter Air Conditioner Heat Pump System With 15 Ft. Installation Kit (115 Volt). The sleek and attractive whisper quiet wall mount indoor unit is engineered with oscillating louvers that ensures evenly distributed air throughout the room to avoid hot and cold spots with the auto swing function. The multi-speed fan allows you to adjust the airflow precisely to the setting that gives you the greatest comfort. The elegant-styled inside wall mount unit also has a very useful remote control that has a follow me function. When follow me function is in use, the temperature sensor senses the temperature around you and automatically chooses the operation mode to achieve an accurate and comfortable temperature to your immediate surrounding. The auto clean function cleans and dries the evaporator to prevent mildew growth to maintain healthy indoor air quality. The mini-split system has a self-diagnosis that displays the error codes to make maintenance simple along with rld (refrigerant Leak Detection) to provide a healthy and full efficient system. I cant believe for this much money an item would arrive in this condition. Besides being torn up and upside down, the mounting feet are bent. If this AC works I will give it a better rating but so far this is not even worth a 1 star. UDATED 7-13-2018- Unit installed and working great despite the outside unit cover damaged badly. Decided to keep it and give the product a better rating since we are not sure how and where the shipping damage occurred. It does produce cool air very well

I have had this for 2 months now, installed. I waited till it was actually up and running before writing a review. OMG!!! I love this unit. It truly kicks butt. I live in Texas where it has consistently been running over 100 degrees... my office is a cool 72. You can't even hear it running. It has not increased our electric bill all that much either, which is very nice. I will definitely buy one again if the need arises.

Like others have said, this unit never worked from day 1. It was professionally installed and still never worked. I believe the issue may be something wrong with the circuit board. Anyway, numerous calls to the company went nowhere and I'm starting to believe if this company exists at all. Like others have also said, the unit came with a dent, so I'm not sure if that has something to do with its functionality. The non-responsiveness of the company led me to dig a little deeper and I found that, although they are not a member of the Better Business Bureau, many people have gone there and voiced their negative opinion of Klimaire. I do regret this purchase, but I also believe that I am a smarter consumer because of it. Heed my warning, do not buy ANYTHING from Klimaire.
