This is an improvement over the 20 oz mini crockpot I've been using. I hate going to the lunch room and line up to use the microwave at work. I always either bring cold food like salad and sandwich or soup which can be heated with my mini crockpot. This works exactly like the mini crockpot but better because it is bigger so I can put a whole lunch in it. Now I can have more variety of hot food for lunch.
I tried it with curry over rice, stir-fried beef noodles, soup, porridge. So far it works well. My food was warm and tasted good. I didn't have to put water to my rice as suggested in the instruction book.
I put my leftover in the stainless steel container, covered it with plastic wrap and left it in the fridge. I took it out from the fridge and put it in the heating lunchbox and took it to work. I plug it in as soon as I get to work. Not sure how long it took to heat it up. I usually don't get to eat until 3 to 4 hours later and it was warm and ready. So far it works very well for me and I have been using it often.
I wish they sell just the stainless steel container with Lid so I can keep more than one container of leftover in the fridge.
I bought some silicone cover and plan to use it to cover the stainless steel container. I'll leave the heating part in the office and just take the stainless steel container with food to office.
I included pictures of the product with a hand inside the container so you can have a good idea of its size.

This lunch box is the most useful one I've ever used!! I was attracted by its good appearance and its heat property. When I received it, it is even better than I thought! It has a separate box containing a spoon and a fork on its top, so I don't need to buy them. And after I open it, there's also a separate box which can be used to fill some fruit or salad. Inside the lunch box is made of stainless steel, which is safe to be heat and washed. In a word, this lunch box is beautiful, fully functional, and convenient, I highly recommend it to all of you!
