Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyzed reviews to verify trustworthiness.
If you’re deciding between this model and the other with 4 remote mics, go with the 4. We used this in a small room, and having the extra mics would have made our experience better. Otherwise connects perfectly to a cell phone via Bluetooth, no special service required. Use your cell phone conferencing features/services to initiate the calls.
A waste of a lot of money, my grandatream 60 bucks ipphones works better for conference than this device, no noise cancelation, a lot of echo, robot voice on bluetooth, is only good to hear music. :S, hope I could return it or get it to work as it is supposed, for now a waste of money
We bought the bluetooth version (VCS752) to use for Skype calls. The audio quality was good when connected to a MacBook Pro, but TERRIBLE when connected to a Mac Mini. I guess that's more of a problem with the Mac Mini's bluetooth radio than the vTech, but I just wanted others to know... if you plan to use this speakerphone for connecting to a PC, get the USB version (VCS754). We bought the VCS754 and now the sound is crystal clear.
For those suggesting to get the usb model, just be aware that the VCS754 (or any other model) does not offer Bluetooth. This is the one my one that does so if you need wireless connection or ability to lair your cell phone, this is your only Vtech option.
