Overall, I'm pleased with how this game looks and works. Solid for even rough play. Good choice of games and quality parts.The parts however, come in a nice labeled package, but when they arrive like mine did (photo), it doesn't do much good. It took me much longer to sort out all the parts (some where missing completely) than I would have liked. Total assemble time was a couple hours and the instructions were just OK. Luckily I have plenty of spare nuts/bolts/washers handy otherwise that could have cost me a couple trips downtown.The game settings are also a little frustrating as they start over every time the game turns off. I would prefer that it holds on the last game played and the last settings. Its a hassle to push though all the games to get back to the one that we play all the time. Be sure to keep your game book handy as you need it to know what each game is when cycling through the settings and number them as they don't have numbers except on the display board.

It was a beast to put together; between 3 adults, it still took a couple of hours. and ultimately, one portion doesn't latch properly, so if the kids lean up against it at all, you get slack in the front and have to keep clicking it into place (I don't know how to describe that better). But overall, it was a great price, it looks great, and it's BIG! We had a different one before that paled in comparison. I'm genuinely happy with this product...now that it is together. :)

A really neat set up with a lot of preset types of games to choose from. It’s very sturdy and doesn’t feel cheap in the slightest. My nephew is really enjoying it. However, for whatever reason the left hoop’s sensors don’t work at all, so we’re unable to play together. I suppose I’ll have to get ahold of customer service and try and get a replacement of some kind. If not for that issue, I would definitely have given it five stars.
Edit: I’ve changed my rating from three stars to five. When I had my sensor problem and got ahold of Lifetime’s customer service, they immediately rectified the problem by sending me a whole new score board with sensors, and did I mention it was free? Very quick and professional. Couldn’t recommend this product more.

I'm very handy and did most myself but it took awhile, included tools are worthless, missing one washer, some instructions imply tightening bolts up later (but better as you go), had to watch video for netting as paper instructions were minimal, and nuts take effort to tighten. Okay then. But I was sold on the stability of the larger components vs similar games and the electronics have worked fine during a very busy first week. Surprised at how many people loved it and how much use it got. Haven't had it long but assume it will last and replacement parts easily available. Wish backboard had livelier design, but that's a small nit. Folding it up takes patience but glad to better use space. Would definitely recommend but be prepared to get help putting it together.

The electronics work great. The box came with 5 balls and I contacted a representative from LifeTime who said he would send it out today, no cost. Very easy and responsive customer service. Straightforward assembly, but if doing alone w/out a ratchet or drill, plan on 3 hours. With a ratchet or drill screwdriver it would go faster.
