Puts trigger points in their place!

Puts trigger points in their place!
For someone who exercises around five days a week, I am SO BAD at stretching. Due to this, my muscles yell at me and I typically end up paying a visit to my chiropractor to get cracked like a glow-stick and/or trigger point injections. I decided to be proactive and search for some equipment I could have on hand that I would be able to take with me on the go if I felt a flare-up (and keep my wallet from screaming). When it arrived, I was nervous because I knew it wasn't going to feel like a eucalyptus massage on the beach given to me by a bronze man with soft, gentle hands. The second I started to rollout on this thing, it was an out of body experience for my shoulder blade. Consistency became my best friend and each rollout became easier and easier to get used to until the pain substantially subsided. It's about the size of a standard coaster (see picture) and can go with you anywhere. I bring to my office during the day to maintain the progress it's helped me with! I'm not saying this should replace chiropractors by ANY means. I just encourage those not to be afraid to invest in tools to help you feel like your best self!
