I love this muscle roller. It's light and easy to maneuver. I have been having pain in my knee and the roller is great for working my thigh muscles and calf muscles. My physical therapist recommended that I use one of these rollers and I 'm glad he did. I am also using it for other areas, neck to shoulder area and also buttocks etc. It's a great addition to my other massage and fitness items. I am going to check out the Fitness Room strengthening bands also.

I bought this after going to a local running store and getting fitted for some shoes. They had one of these massage rollers for under your calf, quad, leg muscles and they used it on my legs and being a cyclist for the past 5 years I never realized how stiff and sore my legs were. I felt near instant relief with it. So I rushed home and looked for one, this one came up top rated on Amazon so I decided to give it a try.

Upon receiving the muscle roller I decided to go over each leg muscle about 12 times after (and possibly) before my daily bike ride. It made SUCH a huge impact and I'm wondering to myself why I never bought one of these years ago! My legs hardly ever hurt. or are sore. during the day anymore.

The only bad thing is the feeling is rather rough, it needs some type of rubberized coating. Still, it's a very very good product for the price and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone who runs, cycles, or does lots of leg workouts.

The past few months I decided to grab the professional, and more expensive, Addaday Pro Roller for my legs and honestly I like that one much better, however it comes with a much larger pricetag. It has a rubberized coating and different types of rollers for different intensities.

I bought this a few months ago and have loved it. I was trying to decide between this and "The Stick" that was more expensive, but I honestly think I like this more. People complained about it pulling out their leg hair, but if you're a guy with long leg hair any roller you use will do that. I usually roll over my exercise pants anyway. I've used it a ton and it really helps break up my muscle soreness and it's easy to throw in a duffle. Highly recommend.

My husband has progressed from marathons to ultra marathons, so we have started needing this. I am also a physical therapist so I have experience with these. What I like in particular about this one is that it rolls like a rolling pin but because it has individual pieces, I can use it on smaller muscle groups. It is more precise. I was worried the individual pieces would get caught in his leg hair, but they don't.

The muscle roller is exactly what I expected. Its high quality and was packaged safely. It arrived in promptly. I'm very happy with my purchase, I would buy from The Fitness Room on Amazon again and I recommend it to everyone. Thank you for this opportunity to provide feedback. Best of luck with your business. Using this roller on my tired knotted muscles is amazing. Its just what I needed to help with rehabbing muscles that had atrophied because of a spine issue.

This isn't a great product as it doesn't spin fluidly and the massage nubs are somewhat painful. This product is inexpensive but not worth it in my book. Invest in a higher-grade unit.

I opened up the package and the boxes they were in said "Made in China" and the quality was about what you would expect.

I bought this muscle roller to help rub out my sore legs after running or working out and to rub after I slept wrong or have a stiff neck related to stress. Overall I’d say the roller does exactly what it says it will do and is easy to use. Able to rub out the backs of my legs with ease and has even worked ok for my back. Only complaint is the plastic is fairly hard and non giving. Would like to see if maybe the rollers could be made out of a material that gives a little more than the plastic these rollers are made with.

This is so great and helpful. My 15-year-old son has a muscle sprain and soreness on his right hip and pelvic area and with using this muscle roller for about three days he felt better and went on to win second place in districts!!! I will gladly suggest that anyone who works out or plays sports has this roller in their possession at all times. He takes it to practice everyday.
