I ordered from WorldPrime (and was Amazon prime eligible). All my glasses showed they were manufactured in the US by American Paper Optics and have the Nasa Approved ISO 12312-2. I tested them on a bright sunny day and I could see the sun with no eye strain. Everything else was blacked out as it should be. I'm very happy with my purchase.Since these are cardboard and I have kids who will be using them, I will be poking a small hole on each end and tying a thin elastic cord to each end. Then the glasses will wrap securely around my kids' heads to ensure they stay in place. I hope this idea helps other parents too.
We got these for the 2017 eclipse. I was glad to get the American Paper Optics brand, because they were on the NASA approved list for vendors of eclipse glasses. There were imitations being sold that put people's eyesight at risk. I bought a 10-pack but there were only 3 in my viewing party so we gave them out to other families on the beach where we were viewing. They worked perfectly and I really enjoyed seeing the eclipse with these glasses.

The solar eclipse was amazing and a once-in-a-lifetime experience. We were in the zone for the total eclipse, and using these glasses gave us the confidence to watch it without worrying about eye damage. I will never forget this experience, and I'm so glad I had the glasses so I could fully enjoy the experience!
Loved the glasses and worked perfectly for us to see the Great Solar Eclipse on August 21, 2017! I did read on the side of the glasses that the glasses should be thrown away after three years although I have no idea why, and maybe someone can answer that. I planned to save the extras for the next eclipse in 7 years.
Huge waste of money. Super cheap cardboard glasses with foil lenses. I could have bought these anywhere around town for $1. Tried to cancel within an hour of placing it but was not allowed to. Lesson learned.
They came as described and the correct amount (10). They looked nice and they are the American Paper Optics product (the approved kind). They did come in two days as described-- granted we ordered them nearly six months after the eclipse in 2017. The only thing I didn't like was that they came in a massive box with air packaging around them (which was unexpected and I felt kind of excessive), but that did guarantee that they arrived undamaged.
i just ordered these august 1,2017 and made sure they fit the NASA requirements. the ones i got fit all the requirements NASA listed and were from american paper optics company, they are paper glasses not plastic. when you look through then you cannot see anything everything is black except you can see the sun so they work for us! im not sure why some peoples reviews said they received fake ones. i took the risk and was going to return them if they were fake but i had no issues. we will be using these for the eclipse this month.
AS advertised. Have the proper certification for safety when viewing the eclipse. It was less expensive to by this set of 10 than to purchase the same thing is lesser quantity and pay shipping and handling fees. These came with free Shipping. The arrived very quick after placing the order. Satisfied. Good Value - especially for a probable one time use.
