Just received this package today. It does say it has 5g of bcaas on the cover label but does not say so on the nutrition label in mg. Overall pleased with this purchase. The caramel latte tasted as expected but not overly sweet. And you can't get away from the protein shake taste but I don't mind it. It mixes very well. I gave it a good few shakes and had no clumps. It was smooth, not gritty. I mixedd it with water and tasted good. But when I mixed it with coffee and almond milk, the caramel latte flavor completely disappeared and wasn't so pleasant to drink. It lost all the caramel flavor and just tasted like plain vanilla. Possibly will have to play around with it to see what works best.

The powder is very chunky and hard to dissolve. I’ve tried blending it, using some hot water then adding my milk to it, and finally tried our formula mixer. Nothing seems to work. It’s so chalky tasting as well. Would not recommend.

I am an avid protein shake drinker, basically two shakes a day. Have been for the last 5 years. I decided to try a vegan based powder due to some issues with milk based powders. I was disappointed with the taste of this product, flavor was ok, but very "chalky" tasting. No matter what I added still had that taste. Also does not blend well at all. Tried different methods of blending and still had clumps of powder. One thing that surprised me, is I made the shake, put it in a shaker container and refrigerated for lunch. At lunch time it was SOLID. I had to keep adding water, cut it up with a knife before I could shake it to make it drinkable. That is an easy fix, just blend at time at consumption. But it surprised me, because I have never had this issue before. Overall , the product is not "bad". I am just disappointed on some aspects of it, especially for the price. I do like the high protein, but will not be purchasing this product again.
