Nexgrill immediately starts rusting-NO customer service
We bought this grill in July 2018 and used it once. Grill worked fine. Within a few weeks, we noticed rust spots all over the grill - not only the top but all over. I wrote the their Customer Service. They were very reluctant to do anything about it. In the end, all they would over is a replacement top which I would have to pay the shipping. Stay away from this brand, you will regret it.
