I purchased this in September but it wasn't installed until the end of December. I have used it now for about a month and love my purchase. No regrets. Much better than my old soaker/whirlpool. I set out to get a tub with air jets only and stumbled upon this great buy with small jets...never thought I would use them but they are great. Anyway...our plumber had no problems installing, the tub is pretty light weight so easy to maneuver into place, and the length & height is great for me (5'8"), the curve back is very comfortable and the water stays hot for a good period. No complaints, would recommend. NOTICE - you can buy directly from the company for less (at least when I was looking), and with free shipping, but it takes longer and they only drop off at the curb. The customer service was very professional. My problem was that my curb is an acre away so I opted to go through Amazon which would deliver to our front porch. Just thought I would throw that option out there for those who can take advantage of curbside.JULY 23 2019: update.... the air bubbles won't come on anymore, the side jets work, not electrical so not sure why swatch won't work or turn on. will need to contact manufacturer i guess.NOVEMBER 18 2019 UPDATE- after speaking with the manufacturer they said it was more than likely the tube connection detached. the press buttons are "pressure activated" and the tubes that connect from the motor to the pressure buttons had to have come off. Realizing that must be the case since shortly after last review the Jets & light also went bad. Had my plumber come by and he unconnected the tub and flipped it over just enough to get under there to reconnect both tubbing. He said he attached them as best as he could. In any event the tub is working again - it was not the motor - both jets/light & bubbles are working as before. So I have upgraded my rating once again because I just love the look and feel of the tub and the manufacturer was correct. HOWEVER, if the tubes detach again I will downgrade my rating because I shouldn't have to keep paying a plumber to keep reattaching tubes.UPDATE AGAIN 7.20.20so after reattaching the hoses to the jet pressure on/off button - plumber had to be called because of the attached plumbing (we didn't want to damage any plumbing) - i was enjoying the tub once again for several months. However, last week i wanted to use it after long tennis matches and AGAIN the tubes disconnected, so no JETS/BUBBLES!!!!Even though the manufacturer wanted to blame the initial disconnect on the plumbers during install -- which i doubted -- this clearly shows that the hoses will disconnect continuously even though they assured me otherwise. So it appears every 6-9 months one will need to contact the plumbers to reconnect the hoses to the push button. Clearly a design flaw! This is very upsetting i must say, because if i wanted just a regular tub -- i would have purchased a regular tub at a lesser price. Too bad, looks great, just not worth the continued hassle and upsetting that every time you really need it to work it fails.UPDATE 4.2021: since my last update the hoses had to be reattached twice for the jets/bubbles to work. My plumbers thought they had secured the hoses so well that the pressure would not blow them off again BUT -- not so much....i am again without bubbles & light working. I am tired of having to turn the tub upside down and have these hoses reconnected. The tub is basically just a soaker tub if you have to keep flipping it to fix it. What a horrible design.My advise....stay away from this tub....clearly the manufacturer doesn't want to fix the main issue and since they were the ones who told me about it, they are quite aware of this defect. Too bad, i guess you get what you pay for....look elsewhere.
