It is exactly as described. I only wish that the low temperature was an option on the program setting. Instead, if you want to cook on low, you have to use the manual setting which means it’s going to cook on low for up to 10 hours and then shut off by itself.
There’s also these clips that you can use to secure the lid when you’re traveling or transporting a dish to let’s say a potluck, but I read in one of the reviews that you shouldn’t leave those clips in place when it’s cooking because ? It could be too hot and crack? ? too much pressure ? so I took those clips off just to be safe, but the manual doesn’t say anything about the clips except to use them during transport. It stops short of advising you to not use the clips during cooking. ???? The lid says “Stay or Go” … I tested the Stay and I tested the Go - and this thing is Aces.
