Be patient!!
After contemplating this machine back and forth for over a month… I finally decided to go with this one. I researched many machines (as this is a huge expense). After reading lots of reviews and watching lots of YouTube videos. I thought I could be a pro at this. Silly me. The machine came all wrapped up in a very nice chest box. I unboxed it. Everything was there. Not one part was missing. As I am not very computer literate when it comes to uploading and setting up USB files, I decided to get in touch with the engineers that are provided for you. This is where I want to say be patient (as they are great at their job) it takes some time. But the customer service was amazing. I got frustrated and even told my husband I was scared. In the end they had me up and running and even showed me how to make prints. I am by far still learning but i have the just of it, and look forward to learning what all I can do with this. They take ALOT of care, and routine maintenance is simple. But nozzle checks are a must everyday. I will update this if I come across any changes, But so far I am impressed. I am getting great color prints. I only gave it 4 stars because I have only had it a couple days. I will change it after a couple months. Enjoy

    I have had my printer for about a year now. I love it now!! I didn’t do my daily maintenance in the beginning so I had a bad start to this process. After doing a ton a research and coming up without the solutions to get it to work again I reached out to Frank. There is a 12 hour time difference, but the team of engineers patiently helped me to figure out what was wrong. I wish I would have contacted them sooner. As far as the machine you get what you pay for. It’s not the top end printer, but it does a really great job. It does take a little long to print a big project (10 min) or so. But again you get what you pay for. I love the quality it prints and I haven’t had any problems with my shirts so far!

    I would NOT recommend this printer at all. The print quality is great and looks good on shirts. That's the only thing that is good about this printer. It requires a lot of maintenance.     I’ve bought my phone code L 1800 printer in May. The hair quit working about a month ago. I had to call China they did try helping. And was somewhat successful. Don’t know what we did to get it working but it did start working at that point yesterday August 30 printer started throwing ink all over contacted the seller‘s contact and Amazon where I purchased it from all they were about as shipping back to repair, that puts me out of a printer and $3500 almost $3600. Call Amazon back August 31 not helpful at all but apologies people beware Amazon’s not there to help. They do apologize a lot but when you’re stuck out at this amount of money you would think they would try to put a little more effort to helping , but does it doesn’t make them a difference so people be on the lookout if you looking to purchase this printer

    When we decided to extend our print services, we were torn between this printer and the Roland BN20A; ultimately we decided on this printer due to our budget. O..M..G, if I knew it was going to be this bad I would have just spent the extra $2k for the Roland!

    Within the first 30 days we were only able to get 10 COMPLETE prints before it started putting out saturated solid black prints; we contacted support and were told the printhead had to be replaced which we were able to get them to send at no cost. Long story short we were at a dead stop during our busy Christmas rush; once we received the replacement we had to practically gut the printer to replace the printhead and ribbons which took approximately 7 hours.

    Within this past year we have been in constant contact with their support (which has been phenomenal by the way) with literally one problem after another! We have had COUNTLESS printing issues, had to reorder ink and film that was just wasted throughout the process and the printer even caught fire to boot!

    Our company has been making custom apparel for 5 years; prior to this adventure we have experience in computer repair and technical support, graphic design and ELECTRIC! I have never been more frustrated in my life than I have with this printer. If I could go back and make a different choice, I would have never even gave this printer a second thought.

    Negative stars for the product but 0.5 stars to tech support! I wouldn’t even recommend this printer to my worst enemy!

    I would love to add photos but my album consists of over 500 images of a dismantled product… we only had to do this a million times… spent more time trying to fix it rather than printing.

    I have had this printer for quite some time now. I ordered it with the oven and that was definately the best decision! The prints are very clear and vibrant. The customer support is excellent and they have engineers available via chat to help with all of your questions or problems and help you troubleshoot. I have yet to encounter anything that they couldn't talk me through 🙂
