ZEP GROUT CLEANER & BRIGHTENER
Zep Grout Cleaner & Brightener is a very strong acid product. Keep out of reach of children. Keep children off the surface and out of the area during use.
If unopened, the product can be used for up to 2 years after the manufacture date. Using Zep Grout Cleaner & Brightener past the expiration, won't harm the surface. However, it degrades over time and won't clean as effectively.
Instructions
Contains hydrochloric acid. When used as directed, according to label instructions, Zep Grout Cleaner & Whitener will not affect the bacteria or enzyme action in septic tanks.

Works Great!
This grout cleaner works great! You can see it foaming a bit on contact with the grout and immediately beginning to work. I did use a narrow brush but didn’t need to apply much pressure. I wish it was easier to dispense, I feel like too much product comes out at once. But the results speak for themselves.

Don’t judge the before section of gross tile. Cheaper than regrouting!

Don’t judge the gross dirty grout, just bought the house. I used an old toothbrush to get in between the tiles easily. This was superrrrr easy to use. I did my entire kitchen (100sq ft roughly) with half a bottle, but you see in the bottom section of the first picture that my grout was dark grey. And apparently it’s off white.
I am beyond satisfied!
