    I bought this kit for my niece when she was visiting and she did one, her mother did one and I did one. There was enough sand for all three of us, although if you use a lot of one color, someone else may not get to use much of it, so plan on trying to share equally. It was not messy, although we put down foil on the table, we didn't need to - nothing to clean up! Use the funnel and just cut a small slit in the corner of each bag and pour that way. I didn't think the green stick did much good - it's suppose to make swirls or pull up sand, my 8 year old niece was much better than her 30+ year old aunt at that! Go figure! Anyway, it was fun, she enjoyed it, I enjoyed it and they are very pretty too look at. High quality products!

    Kit comes with sand in pkgs (8 colors), a funnel, a scooper, a design stick to move the sand around in the bottle , 3” plastic bottles(3), and cork stoppers (3).
    My 4 yo grandson loved using the scooper to pour sand in the funnel and filling up the bottle, He wants to do the “sand activity” again.
    Be sure to place an old sheet or something on the floor to catch the spills. Then,throw away the whole mess instead of trying to clean it up - it is VERY fine sand. Might be better to make it an outside activity, if there is no wind
