An ok cookbook, but tons of mistakes..
It has some good recipes, but some of them don’t make sense.. such as this photo of the “vegan pumpkin curry" recipe. Pumpkin isn’t even an ingredient in the recipe... also add up the macros yourself- some of them are WAY off!

I just bought this and am reading it through, so haven't made any of the recipes yet. But I've bookmarked at least one out of every three recipes that sound so good I want to make them, and made out a grocery list to try my first recipe tomorrow. I find the recipes and descriptions very thorough and easy to follow.

I'm not sure about following a ketogenic or Paleo diet in general (doesn't sound healthy), but just as recipes many of these make a lot of sense to me. And they sound delicious.

A friend shared some of the food he and his had cooked using this cookbook. If I can duplicate their efforts, its should be amazing. My friend commented on how easy the recipes were, and that they didn't take a lot of prep time (most of them). Can't wait to try it out myself-- as I am no Susie Homemaker!

Great recipes that are made from scratch! Lots of spices/herbs involved which makes for great flavor without the calories. Most of the recipes don’t call for any out of the ordinary ingredients which is nice

I must admit the quality of this book is great, and I really like the way the macros are broken down. However, this book advertises itself as a paleo ( in addition to keto, low carb, high fat) book, but it frequently requests the use of dairy which is not paleo. One could say you could switch that item for dairy alternative like coconut milk, but you have to also mix addition ingredients it’s not a 1:1 swap.

Otherwise I’d say it’s a good book if you can use all the recipes.

This book is wonderful. Delicious recipes. Almost gourmet, but no weird ingredients or difficult prep
My husband tells me, "this can't be low carb". But it is. I make a work weeks worth of dinners on the weekend, then come home to delicious meals every night. Highly recommend to anyone doing low carb or keto

Bought this for the Mrs and I have been using it more than her. I get the items from the easy to read recipes. Mix, match, set, and leave. Great tasting food and the Mrs. is very happy for me cooking dinner on those evenings that I do.

Expected there to be a lot less ingredients coming from a title "easy". I'd say the title is a bit misleading, but I will use a few recipes. A little sad I bought this when you could probably google easier recipes.

Update: I returned the book easily. If you are not a seasoned cook, or do not have a lot of time for looking up strange ingredients, I would not buy this book.
