Samsonite customer service doesn't respond back
I bought a piece of Samsonite luggage to carry my computer. The first trip I took the handle came out of the bag in the middle of the airport. Then I had to pull my carry on luggage and hand carry my Samsonite computer luggage. I contacted Samsonite on the Internet and filled out a warranty claim a month ago. I got an automatic email saying they received my email then I have received almost daily adds about buying more luggage from Samsonite on sale. The problem is, I have never received a phone call or letter about my luggage losing its handle. In my email to Samsonite, I explained that although the luggage is beautiful it doesn't work as intended. It's too heavy with wheels to be carried as a messager bag and I can't use the wheels without the handle.
