This is a great little tabletop saw that is perfect for the weekend do-it-yourselfer. It’s easy to set up, very lightweight and precise. The 1/3 hp motor provides plenty of power for projects like cutting counters or floor tiles. The sliding platform allows you to move your work into the blade with a smooth and controlled motion giving you square and accurate cuts every time. It comes with a 7-inch diamond saw blade that cuts a maximum of 12-inch square, a water pump and adjustable rip guide. Great value for the money. --Jodi Johnson

Overall, most are satisfied with the value and quality of this high-quality, low-priced contractor grade saw.

Customers are mixed about the quality of the saw. Some mention it's okay, a good quality dependable tool, and makes good clean cuts. However, others say that it makes it a trial and error cutting process, difficult to get a straight cut, and poorly thought out.

"...The saw cuts were accurate as long as the user takes the time to set up guides and checks measurements. The blade cut through the tiles..." Read more

"...It's also pretty easy to get an angled cut rather than a straight cut if you don't spend the time setting up the fence properly...." Read more

"...With the right blades, had no problem cutting through granite and marble tiles, and the cuts were very good in the marble, with little chipping...." Read more

Customers are mixed about the ease of use of the saw. Some mention that it's very portable and easy to use, while others say that the guide was difficult to set with the dimpled surface. The measuring bar can be difficult to setup properly, and the fence can be a real pain to set.

"...No hassel's no fuss. Read the directions, follow the safety tips, make use of the splash guard.....and your job will look like a "Pro" did it...." Read more

"...Setting the fence can be a real pain. It also has a tendency to "pop off" if you don't get it set and tightened properly...." Read more

"...The saw arrived quickly and in good condition. Assembly was not difficult, although the instructions for attaching the tubing to the pump were not..." Read more

9 customers mention5 positive4 negative

Customers are mixed about the size of the saw. Some mention that it's small and light, perfect for small jobs, and a good saw for medium size projects. Others say that it was too narrow and the clamps on either end took too much. It's not as big as a pro model, but it works great for the price. The way the fence is set up, the tightening knob is pretty small, and the result is a much wider cut than expected, more lost material.

"...The saw is small, but has plenty of power. I was working with 4" & 2" tile so the table was fine for me...." Read more

"...4. The way the fence is set up, the tightening knob is pretty small, a bit of a chore with heavy rubber gloves...." Read more

"...It is messy and noisy, I advise it to be used outside. But perfect for the smaller job." Read more

Redesign causes huge mess while cutting.

Redesign causes huge mess while cutting.
Table top is not like it is pictured. The saw I received only has 4 of the diamond holes for drainage. I'm using this for lapidary trim cuts, using mineral oil instead of water to keep the blade/stone lubricated and cool. The lack of drainage causes a HUGE mess. I don't believe I would have as much clean-up if my saw had as many holes in the top as this does.
