Customers like the value of the saw. They say it works well, is functional, and is a good little saw for the price. Some mention that the miter jigs worked well, but took some time to adjust. Overall, most are satisfied with the value and quality of this high-quality, low-priced contractor grade saw.

Customers are mixed about the quality of the saw. Some mention it's okay, a good quality dependable tool, and makes good clean cuts. However, others say that it makes it a trial and error cutting process, difficult to get a straight cut, and poorly thought out.

Customers are mixed about the ease of use of the saw. Some mention that it's very portable and easy to use, while others say that the guide was difficult to set with the dimpled surface. The measuring bar can be difficult to setup properly, and the fence can be a real pain to set.

"...The product hasn’t changed much! The hose assembly seems a bit better, but I actually like the tile guide better on the old one...." Read more
Customers are mixed about the size of the saw. Some mention that it's small and light, perfect for small jobs, and a good saw for medium size projects. Others say that it was too narrow and the clamps on either end took too much. It's not as big as a pro model, but it works great for the price. The way the fence is set up, the tightening knob is pretty small, and the result is a much wider cut than expected, more lost material.

It's a bit messy, especially with larger tiles when the water will run off and not back into the tray.
Setting the fence can be a real pain. It also has a tendency to "pop off" if you don't get it set and tightened properly. It's also pretty easy to get an angled cut rather than a straight cut if you don't spend the time setting up the fence properly. To help, I cut some scrap plywood pieces the size I needed on my table saw and used them to help align the fence. It seemed to work pretty well.
I recently installed a backsplash where I cut about 400 tiles for a decorative pattern. The saw performed very well and I'm happy (again, just keep in mind; take your time to setup the fence properly).
I'd buy this saw again, and recommend it for someone who does occasional tile work. If you are serious at setting tile on a regular basis, I'd recommend looking for a higher quality saw with a sliding table and a much better fence system. I've found the key to quality is square fence setup and cutting at a slow pace.
Overall, good tool for the money
Disappointed I’m a Remodeling contractor, use this for small jobs
First week the screw fell out that keeps the unit running just below the switch, ordered a new $6 plastic screw and broke putting it in, very brittle garbage.
Pulled the saw out to use today unit started to smoke and no longer works had this for about a year.
I own the larger commercial mk saw and love it. This is a waste of my money and will need to find a newer one, they will not replace or repair this, and I’m not buying again.
