I have such weak, thin and bendy nails, a friend recommended this to me and it’s amazing! It really helps to strengthen the nail but not to the point they’re brittle. I will say I haven’t seen improvement of my nails over time so to me it is something I am going to have to continue to apply to get the desired strength I want.

This nail product was recommended by a friend so I ordered it and tried it I had healthy fairly long nails when I started using it after just one week my nails began to split and break I haven't had this problem for years so I had to attribute it specifically to this product. I would not recommend it for people with healthy nails. I don't know how it works for damaged nails.

Acrylic nail girl here, always always had my nails done. I went a year or longer without breaks between my refills every 2 weeks. It completely damaged my real nails. To the point I couldn’t even run my hands under water without being in pain. I started using this and within I’d say 3 months my nails were solid again.
Safe to say, I no longer get acrylics.
