I use this inflatable pool because i want to do my baptize and i don't have many options available for doing it on a real pool so i search online and this looks like a good option i am 41 years old so i was looking for an adult pool, if you are an adult and are looking for a large pool yes it is large at least large enough so that you can be inside, But is is NOT deep, it can be used but i have to be sit and i go under the water to be able to do the baptize, it will not be deep enough to cover all your body (if you are an adult) another strange thing (and this thing is something that i don't know maybre i do something wrong but as people can notice on the picture the pool was like inclined) i don't know if i do something wrong but i really don't care because the only reason of why i bought this is because i need it to my baptize so it serve the purpose but if people need perfection just look for that things, if you need a deeper pool, Yes maybe they are available but they are not cheap so i know that i get something Not deep because i don't pay a lot of money so overall i am happy with my purchase, just to make it clear the fact that the pool look inclined don't mean that the water was flowing out of the pool the water stays inside the pool and that detail maybe was because of something that i do wrong this is the first time that i bought an inflatable pool like this one so maybe the pool needs more air (i don't really know)

I love this pool SO much. It is perfect for our backyard and my family of 4. We moved to Las Vegas and knew we were going to need something. I searched EVERYTHING and finally decided on this. I did originally want the bigger size (it was sold out) but I’m glad I got this one because it’s bigger than I imagined and is the perfect size. Fits all of us with plenty of room for my 2 kids to play around.

A few things to note:

When setting up, make sure ground is clean and free from debris. While thick, it can puncture. Lay down a tarp to protect the bottom. I recommend using TWO adults to set it up. You COULD handle it alone but my husband and I were able to get it ready and up within 30 mins (minus water full which took a couple hours) and it would have taken much longer alone.

***Once the bottom is laid out and you’re ready for water, have 1 person INSIDE the pool and one OUTSIDE to iron out the kinks and wrinkles. If the kink isn’t ironed out before it’s filled, there is no way in h*ll you’ll fix it. Stuff like that drives me crazy because you can feel it all along the bottom and if big enough it will throw off the shape of the pool. I wanted the bottom completely smooth so I pushed out the wrinkles and my husband pulled it right from the outside WHILE it started to fill with water. Without water you will smooth out one spot on to make a kink on the other side etc etc. The weight of the water filling the pool holds it nice and tight so when you fix one spot, it’s fixed for good and doesn’t create another. Took us about 10 mins and we just worked around in a circle pulling tight and ironing them out. It was PERFECTLY flat and smooth once filled.

Set up was a breeze and instructions were clear and easy to ready. Everything came packaged perfectly with no problems. Instructions were available in English and Spanish.

-Get a tarp for underneath to protect it from heat, rocks etc ($9)
-Get a cover, especially if you have younger kids. It also helps keep bugs/yard debris out ($10)
-Get a little chlorine tablet/dispenser to throw in after use ($25)
-We decided the filter/pump was more of a hassle so we don’t use it. It came with plugs in case you forgo the pump which was great. We bought a net ($5) and with the chlorine tablets we haven’t had any problem with keeping it clean. We do drain and refill it every 3 weeks or so. We do this to also reposition it as well.
-Ours is HALF in the sun and HALF under the balcony. The sun has cause the putter blown up blue ring to expand (because science duh). We noticed the shaded part didn’t expand. Every few weeks when we drain and clean it we just rotate it 180• This just helped to expand the other half of the ring so it was even. It wasn’t popped, it was damaged, just slowly expanded and got bigger over time, almost double the size. We just filled it with more air and have noticed zero problems because of it.

I absolutely recommend this pool. The price (even with the add ons) cannot be beat and so far it is great quality. For whatever reason, when it comes time to purchase another we will rebuy the exact same one, maybe just bigger!

Since people were so nice to answer my questions when I was considering buying I thought I would write of my experiences with the 8 ft pool. I only had it up for 12 days, for my 6 yr old grandson's 7 day visit. It was the best thing I could have gotten to entertain him! * I installed it on my brick patio with a carpet remnant under it ( the carpet was very necessary). * It was extremely easy to set up. I recommend the Intex electric pump, if used carefully ( so as not to overinflate) it took about a minute to blow up the ring. Add water...instant pool! *It is very important for the site to be level, as stated in the instructions. My patio turned out to be about 1 inch lower on one side and that lower side was touchy and would cause a 'waterfall' if the inflated ring was leaned on at all. It wasn't a huge problem since my pool was only temporary, and I was with my Grandson every minute, it but could be dangerous if the pool was in use all summer, or if the water level dropped a few inches, or if you lacked vigilance with kids. Any more than an inch out of level would NOT be good at all, I would imagine it would be easy to collapse the whole thing then. * I did not use a filter and the one inch chlorine tabs in the floaty thing kept the water clean and testing within the advised levels. I used one or two tabs depending on the day(how hot,how long we were in it) ...I tested in the morning and adjusted up or down, or added water if it tested strong. * I used the Inex cover for three days while I picked up my grandson and the chlorine level stayed good with an extra tab in the floaty thing. (I had been very worried about what the water would look like when I got back!) * My site got direct sun about 7 hours and with average 80-85 degree days it took several hours each day to heat up to about 80 degrees. The water didn't retain heat overnight, which surprised me. * By the end of the 12 days, with 7 days of swimming in it, the water was beginning to get a bit cloudy( although it tested fine) , so I would definitely recommend getting and using a filter if it was to be used all summer. *A big net on a pole to remove bugs and leaves is really necessary. I used a smaller one, like an aquarium net, to sweep up debris while I hung around in the water while my grandson played. Lots little bugs around! * When the child-sized float/raft got punctured we bought a tougher one...which turned out to be way too big ( It was an Intex sting ray) .,....causing a danger of a child tipping out over the top of the pool...just something to consider when choosing a raft (it never occurred to me that a bigger float might be dangerous.) Taking the pool down was pretty easy, but I never got it to fold up very well. ( But I'm an old lady and not very strong!) I finally stored the pool and all it's 'stuff' in a 30 gallon plastic tote, ready to use again. All in all it was really a fun week in the pool. :) It was big enough for a 6 year old to play and 'swim' in and yet safe enough that I could breathe easy, although I was never more than 2 feet away from him. No question that my grandson loved it. Definitely a worthwhile purchase!

Before we moved, we had a 20,000 gallon in-ground pool. I did the chemicals, cleaning, brushing and most of the maintenance. We sold that house and moved to a non-pool (smaller/downsized) place. It gets hot during the summer and we got an Index rectangular (I think it was 4' x 8') with a metal frame. A few years later and filling/draining, put away each season, the metal post got rusty, so time to replace (kept the filter and hoses). I got a bunch of those interlocking rubber mats to go under the pool as we had place the pool on the back patio. The rubber "base" was way better than the hard tile.

This "Easy Set" round pool looked to hold about the same amount of water, no more rusting poles, uses the same pump and hoses. What could go wrong?

Itty bitty leak.

The time between purchase and installation expired the warranty. So sad. But it still helps cool us off on the hot days, the pump works fine, the hoses are doing fine... and the pump is connected to a 100 Amp-hour solar generator with a 300 watt DC power inverter. (Off grid, if you will.)

I may try to identify the leak location and patch it, but the leak is SO small, I knew it was happening because about a dozen drops on the side of the pool gave it away. The hole is somewhere in the seam that connects the inflatable part that "holds the pool walls up" to the part of the pool that keeps the water contained.

Without the leak, 5 stars. With the leak, 3.5 stars, but I gave it 4 since we can't give partial stars. In a couple of years, this will be replaced. Hopefully with something that has sturdy, plastic, framing. We discovered that we like the corners of the metal framed pool because they can be used as a stool.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great Product & Excellent Value For Money
Reviewed in the United Kingdom on May 4, 2024
I’m an adult & purchased this 3 years ago to cool down in the summer . I chose this pool because its very deep at 76cm but not too big so doesn’t dominate the garden. The inflatable design is very clever & works well. It has no frame so comes in a small box , it must be easy to import / ship & so represents excellent value for money .

Some reviewers grumble about the inflatable style but it works well & just needs to be set up properly & on level ground. The key is to smooth any ripples out of the bottom as you fill with water & fill to a high level which helps it hold its shape . I lay old mats / rugs underneath to help protect base from punctures.

In my opinion the material is thick & the design is very robust . At the end of summer I clean & dry well before storing for winter . I've had mine 3 years now and its still going strong . I imagine if you had kids jumping in & playing with toys etc it wouldn’t last so long but I bet they’d have a great time ! The cover is a good purchase to keep leaves, bugs & debris out. And I did eventually buy filter pump to help keep water clean. When set up it holds a lot of water & is a superb way to cool down - very refreshing . Its very big / deep and I can hardly believe it only costs £30 or £40 - it feels like it should be worth a lot more - Very pleased : )
