Pros: The keyboard is beautiful. It is black, with some reflective black trim on the top. The keys are angled, to put less stress on the wrists and it is a full keyboard. It has the number pad, the directional buttons, function keys, page navigating buttons and some short-cut buttons. Not all the buttons work natively when I connect it to the macbook (for example the home and end keys don't always work in web browsers), the calculator short-cut key doesn't work. However, the most important keys for my purposes work. The function keys enable a mac user to use expose and panels, and the volume short-cut keys work as well. The keys have a good response, and I can definitely type much faster (and with less fatigue and typos) with the microsoft keyboard than my built-in macbook keyboard. Considering it is a full keyboard, it does feel pleasantly light and portable. I can't fit it in my satchel bag, but I do carry it around to the library / conference room to work, without any hassel. Another pro, the price is right.
Cons: It doesn't bother me, but the keys do make more noise than my laptop when typing. I feel badly sometimes when I start vigorously making notes and I know other people in the library hear the clackity-clackity of my key strokes. I don't think its worse than your typical desktop keyboard, but if there were one thing I could change about it, I would make it quieter. I've only been using the keyboard for a month or two, so I can't vouch for its durability, but at the price, I could easily buy another when it breaks.
Being wired, rather than wireless, is now a desirable feature, rather than a shortcoming, in my opinion. This is because with a wireless keyboard, you will have to change the batteries every 4 to 6 months, and once in a while you'll suffer from radio interference. This leads to about an hour per year of needless lost time and annoyance--not an issue for most people, but after a half-dozen or so such incidents, I've finally had enough. Having a keyboard that always works is such a relief.
The design really is ergonomic. The slight curve is just enough to match how most people lay their arms onto a table. That, combined with the short key travel (which reduces key binding), and the light touch, has pretty much eliminated the occasional repetitive stress pain that I've noticed with other keyboards.
In both FireFox and IE browsers, when you hit control-T, it brings up a new, blank page. Hitting the Web/Home button at the top of the keyboard is pretty convenient at that point, and you'll find yourself doing it pretty naturally after a while.
For those of you who are programmers, especially those (typically systems, firmware, and OS programmers) who must suffer through hexadecimal translations, having a Calculator button is simply marvelous.
Plus, I like the curved design, which is more ergonomic and easier on my wrists without having to learn touch-typing necessary for the fully split keyboards.
I use some of the extra keys, for example, I use the sound volume and muting functions frequently, as well as the calculator button. Because I use a 4-key trackball, I have no use for the browsing keys.
The major drawback is that quality, of course, is in-line with pricing: quite low. I already discarded one and replaced it due to failing keys. Occasional replacement is OK considering the price, but the space bar click (the only key that does it on the current keyboard) and its wobbely feel are rather annoying. For the quality drawbacks, I give it 3.5 stars overall rating. Still, a decent, semi-ergonomic keyboard with nice touch to (most) keys.

As a heads-up, MS released a newer version called Comfort Curve 3000. They realized this was a nice keyboard so they -and this is me being sarcastic- decided that it was too good to be MS, so they screwed the design on the new one. If you like this keyboard, don't ever get the 3000.
In a nutshell, I recommend this product, good quality Hardware and very comfortable.
