Ingredients

Sorghum Flour, Tapioca Flour, White Rice Flour, Sweet Rice Flour, Brown Rice Flour, Evaporated Cane Sugar, Inulin, Millet Flour, Molasses & Honey, Rice Bran, Sea Salt, Xanthan Gum, Yeast Packet (active dry yeast). (Yeast packet only included in 19 oz. size.)

Directions

Pamela's Bread: 1 Bag Pamela's Mix; 2 Eggs (large); 1 Yeast packet; 1/4 Cup oil; Water. In a 2 cup liquid measuring cup, measure 1/4 cup oil, crack in 2 eggs, then fill with warm water for a total of 2 cups liquid. (For a richer texture, replace 1/2 cup water with 1/2 cup milk.) First, pour all liquids into a bread maker (unless directed otherwise), add dry bread mix and yeast, then turn on. You may need to scrape down sides of pan while dough is mixing. If machine sounds strained, add 1 tbsp additional water. After baking, remove from pan and let cool completely before slicing. Hand Mixing: Follow recipe above. Combine all ingredients in bowl and beat with hand mixer for 3 minutes on medium high. Let dough rise in a greased bread pan, loosely covered, until dough is up to pan edge, (60 to 90 minutes). Bake in preheated 350 degrees F oven for 1 hour. Let sit for 10 minutes then carefully remove from pan and cool on a rack.

So Delicious, Best Gluten Free Bread Mix!
Highly recommend Pamela's bread mix for the best tasting gluten free bread. Amazon offers several size options and subscribe and save offers. I follow the instructions on the back of the package for using a bread machine but you can also bake in the oven. I modify the recipe on the package as follows: I use 2 whole eggs, 1/3 cup of grapeseed oil, I add 1/4 cup of pysullium husks, 1 TBLSP. Of Chia seeds and 1 TBLSP. of hemp hearts. You can also add flax seeds or sunflower seeds. I bake it on the soft bread setting for a 2lb. Dark style loaf. Bread is crusty on the outside and moist inside. Its a 10 min prep using a bread machine so I recommend this if you're looking to have fresh bread but dont have time to bake. I'm only baking my own bread now and it's cost effective since the gluten free bread we like went up to 9 dollars a loaf!

I am so shocked at how good this bread is. The dough was soooo wet, I thought there’s no way this dough will turn into bread. But it did, and it’s fluffy, and it tastes very good! Can’t wait to make gluten free stuffing with it! I had to smooth the dough out in the bread pans with a knife. Next time I’ll try to get them a little more smooth. I’m very happy. Easy and yummy!
