I like a clean, kitchen with lots of open counter space to work with, and this table was the perfect match for me at a really great price. It sits at just the right height for my counters, but obviously your mileage may vary.Aesthetically speaking, if you like the stainless steel look, or want a table that matches black/stainless appliances, this table fits the bill. The top is smooth, unblemished stainless steel (mine does have some light scoring on the edges, but not unexpected when dealing with metal). The legs and shelves are unfortunately galvanized, not stainless, but they nevertheless look great.When it comes to the build-quality of the product, this exceeded my expectations. All of the materials are high quality, and the table is HEAVY, which increases its stability. I was definitely concerned that the legs and shelves would be light, low-quality metal. But I was pleasantly surprised. The legs are heavy-duty, which made me feel confident about their ability to support the heavy top. Also, the spacing for the legs is appropriate. Other similar tables that I looked at appeared to have a narrower gap between the legs, which I believe would negatively impact stability. The leg/shelf base of this table is sufficiently wide that the table will remain in place and not wobble. Also, the table includes soft rubber caps to cover the adjustable metal "feet," which I believe was a very thoughtful touch.As you can see from my photo, I purchased the additional shelf to allow for additional storage space, as I do not have a pantry. The additional shelf made assembly a bit more difficult, but not so much so that I would hesitate to recommend this product. In general, I would recommend getting a friend to help you put this thing together, especially if you purchase the additional shelf. I was able to assemble it myself, but it was a more frustrating task than I anticipated. Also, if you purchase the additional shelf, I would suggest that you ignore the assembly instructions and assemble the base first, on its side (as opposed to vertically as the instructions call for). If you follow the instructions, you will find it difficult to keep both the bottom shelf and middle shelf in place (without a second person assisting).On a final note, I would add that the table arrived in great quality and is well packed to avoid damage in shipping. There is an outer-box and inner-box, which provides some additional protection. My table had no scratches, dents, or other blemishes, save for some minor scoring around the edges that is likely from where the steel was cut.All in all, highly recommend this product.

I can confirm the three words. I purchased this work table cart on 09/2022. Today it still looks new to me as if I bought it yesterday. It is over one year old now. There is no rust on this cart. It is super easy to assemble. It is so convenient to move the cart anytime and anywhere I want. I do not think I would ever find something else to replace this cart. I love this cart too much. I bought it back in 2022 for $149.99. The current price is such a good steal. I hope my cart will last over 10 years. I will be back to confirm in the next 9 years.

I just LOVE my gorgeous new kitchen work table! Very glad I got the extra shelf, plus the wheels (height with wheels is 39", great for a tall cook (I''m 5'9" & am tired of stooping over my cutting board). Don't mind at all that it's taller than the counters. It looks sleek and snazzy & has transformed my inconvenient kitchen (too narrow for an island, but way too wide for efficiency) into an ergonomic delight! Am ordering a large maple cutting board (Amazon) which will add the final touch.

Note: the shelves are smaller than the tabletop, they measure 18" x 47 ½

1) The tinny reverberation of the stainless tabletop did bother me, but is easy to fix. You can do this even at a later date, you just have to lay the table face-down on a blanket, to access the underside.

I bought 2 packs of 12" cork tiles from a crafts shop (you need 6 tiles) plus at least 1 big bottle of crafts glue (2 is better) plus a wide spreader brush. (I didn't want any toxic-smelling glues n the kitchen)

With a utility knife & a ruler, cut about 1 ¼" off the edge of 3 of the tiles. There are 3 sections under the table: each will be covered with 1 regular cork square, end-to-end with one trimmed square (so they're not too long to lie flat). You'll also need to cut an additional narrow cork strip to fill out edge of the middle section, which is wider.

Now, working one section at a time, generously spread the white crafts glue both on the underside of stainless tabletop and on the backs of your cork pieces. Place the cork tiles down, and press firmly.
This whole job took much less than an hour.

It's a good idea to leave your table upside-down overnight, with some books sitting on the cork, so the glue can dry.

Also, keep the squishy styrofoam packing corners: you can wedge them around the under-table edges, where they will both provide further sound insulation and help hold the cork in place against gravity.

Done! Huge improvement in the noise: no more tinny reverberation!

2) I read reviews about the fingerprint issue and even potential rust (on the legs) . Tried coating the table legs & top with Cerama-Bryte Stainless Steel Cleaner, but it was useless to prevent more fingerprints. So then, applied "Nu Finish" "The Once a Year Car Polish" (orange bottle; it' has successfully prevented seaside rust on all our metal lamps etc. at our beach condo)-- applied it first just to the table shelves & legs . It felt so good there, that I went ahead & applied it to the stainless steel top -- only applying & buffing with the grain, (& don't wait till dry or it will streak; I waited too long & there are some streaks, but they actually look nice) --there are NO fingerprints now and the tabletop feels wonderfully "silky" to touch.

Also, I know it can't possibly ever form any rust, anywhere.

I would have given this table 4 ½ stars --but with these easy improvements, now it's 5 stars!

I worked in the food service industry for some time, in production kitchens. I can tell you, this table is fantastic. It is production-grade, and the interlocking system is the same as used in professional kitchens. We looked at a lot of different products before purchasing this, as we were also trying to consider some tables with a wooden top, to soften the look. Honestly, don't bother with anything else. I do not regret buying this table, and I am very happy with my purchase. Go for function over form. The table creates a humungous workspace in our kitchen that otherwise had ZERO workspace. The packaging is well done, and protected the table from any damage during shipping (the package was damaged on the outside (because UPS and FedEx don't care), but the table was fine!). It was put together very easily and quickly. The dimensions of the top work surface actually extend and "overhang" slightly beyond the overall footprint, which is important, because it means that if you dribble any liquids off the top of the table, they don't fall down into the shelving below. Again, exactly like a production kitchen. Stainless Steel is also more sanitary than wood, and very simple to clean, sanitize, and care for. The table can also easily be taken apart if you ever need to move.

Ikea sells some expensive worktables with wood tops. Don't bother! The price and quality here are unmatched.

Pro Tips:

1) This type of interlocking system is designed to withstand a ton of pressure *downwards*, and that weight actually tightens everything up. If the table seems wobbly, push down hard on the surfaces, and/or stand or sit on them. Applying weight engages the interlocking system and secures everything.

2) I suggest two people when putting this together. All four of the black interlocking joints need to simultaneously align with the top surface when you put that final piece into place. It's a bit tricky with one person, but can be done.

3) As another reviewer mentioned on here, when you install the top surface, there is actually a lip at the *very top edge* of the legs, and thus the black joints will rise above the metal legs by an inch or so. Installing the top surface in this configuration seems to make the table much sturdier.

4) If you need to move it, I suggest grabbing the legs, and not lifting up on the work surface. As I mentioned above, the system becomes stronger with downward pressure, so if you lift up, the opposite is true, and you're actually disengaging the interlocking system and weakening the interlocks. If you move it by lifting from the lip of the top surface, you actually risk pulling it off.

Well packaged and received without any damage. Easy to assemble and a great table for the money. I would not use it in a commercial kitchen (not sturdy enough in my opinion), but perfect for light duty use at home or for hobbies.
