I love this style of spatula. When I was younger I worked at a chain restaurant as a line cook. This is the same style as we used to use flipping burgers and sandwiches. Ahhh the memories... Anyway, the things I specifically like about this style is they have a long enough surface to be able to pick up two burgers at the same time. Add the cheese and pop the spatula under the broiler for two minutes and you have picture perfect burgers. No need to dirty a separate plate and then use a hot pad to remove the hot plate, just grab the handle and proceed. The other thing that I really like about this style of spatula is the long and straight edge side. This makes it really easy and effective to keep things like cooking oil or eggs in place on a griddle. It also makes flipping things like hashbrowns really easy because you can get under the side and flip as a whole.
The downside to these spatulas are the rivets holding the wood handle together are a little flimsy. However I will not remove a star for this because the price point is so low. Highly recommended!!

Perfect for the griddle
Items were received as expected. I used these a few times already with my new Blackstone Griddle. They seem to hold up well. They are slightly bendable, the metal is not real thick or stiff. They are good enough to flip a decent amount of taco meat, pancakes, potatoes, or whatever else you may need to. I would buy them again but highly doubt I'll need to for a long time.
