I have had this for about 6 months now, and can say that it is one of the toys that has held my son's interest in different ways through many different developmental stages. I purchased this when he was about 5 months old, and at that time we used just the removable activity center part, and he just loved the music. Before long he figured out the 'peek-a-boo' door and was thrilled opening and closing the little door to make the unit respond.
At about 6 months old he began trying to pull himself up on furniture, though I waited until he was about 7 months to attach the activity center to the walker. At this time, he was a fairly new cruiser, and I would say that the unit was fairly stable, though not perfectly so, for a very wobbly cruiser. There were times where he would pull back on the toy when losing his balance and the unit would tip over. Sometimes to the side, and a couple times on top of him. I was usually right beside him during these early walking attempts with it, and would try to catch it, though it never landed in a way that hurt him at all. I think the biggest problem with stability in these early days was that he had to reach up to hold the handle. Within about a month, we never had this issue again. For those about to transition to the walker phase, make sure you don't use the walker without the activity center attached, as the added weight in the front gives the unit a lot more stability.
Though he has been walking for almost 3 months now, he still enjoys grabbing this toy and pushing it all over the living room. Additionally, the activity center can still capture his interest enough that it is still like having two toys in one. As he has developed more, he is more interested in the different things he can do in the learning mode now. I am happy with the variety of learning mode activities they loaded onto this, for instance the piano keys have five modes total: open play, note names (do-re-...) colors, numbers and animals.
Pros:
Variety of modes to the learning activities
Music mode is great for younger babies
Also develops fine motor skills with several things to manipulate
Fairly stable walker once your little one is big enough
Good battery life so far - I'm still on the original set
Two volume levels - I love the quieter setting :)
Cons:
Can be a little unstable for smaller walkers - I wish the rear wheels could be adjusted out just a bit further, as I think this would remove this issue.
Overall: This was a great purchase and I would use it again for another little one.

Excellent walker! Lifesaver when our LO was learning to walk.
Lifesaver when our LO was learning to walk. Functional, bought it for our LO last fall to learn how to walk and for one of all the sounds. Over a year later he still uses it just to push something around. This toy was used inside and then transitioned to outside in late spring all the way through this fall. He pushed it around on our long concrete driveway and it was very useful in helping him strengthen legs as he pushed at a slight hill back up. I am surprised to report that with all that dragging on the concrete, the wheels, while scratched up and with visible wear are still in tact and holding up. At this point he is running with it :) This walker is actually two toys and It does come apart so the front "noisemaker" piece, comes off and can be used and carried around separately. We loved this feature, because as we spent more time outdoors and took this walker with us to the yard and for all walks. It was used in the sprinkling weather and was left outside a lot. The front interactive piece stayed in the house or in the car as it went on trips with us and still looks great. While the walker part is all roughed up and faded (which is to be expected if you leave it outdoors through rain and shine)One downfall of this item is the phone receiver, it just hangs there, not attached by anything, so at this point it's lost. We don't know where it is, so it would be nice to have it attached perhaps.Also I'd like to add that bigger wheels would be nice as this walker will not go on the grass, even if you keep it cut low. Our LO got increasingly frustrated when he tried to get on the grass with it. But I am not taking any stars for it since I was aware that this toy was meant to be more of an indoor toy and we used it outdoors at our own discretion. The video is older from when he first started walking and the photos are taken now to show all the wear and tare and abuse this toy took and is still used by our 19 mo old every day.

I love that you can use this 2 ways. Since he's not yet starting to walk he can use the front activity center on it's own, on the floor to play with. As he get's stronger and more ready to walk the front activity center attaches to the legs so he can then start to push the walker. The walker has an adjustment that slows the wheels down from free spin (walker) to a slower held back position for learning to walk.
I like that the only piece that comes off the activity center is the phone. The shapes are held with a accordion like spring string that stretches and then when you replace the shape it interacts and tells the shape and or color. There's so much to do on this that it has been keeping my Grandson busy.
The bright colors and music are a bonus, as he loves this.Spinning gears, five piano keys, three colorful rollers, three light-up shape sorters, three light-up buttons and a telephone handset offers endless fun that will stimulate your baby's learning and develop their motor skills and teaches shapes, colors, animals, music and more!
Very easy to assemble in about 5 minutes.

Like anything that moves, you will need to supervise the child to make sure he/she does not fall over when learning to use this.
