Customers have mixed opinions about the touch pad of the networking device. Some mention that it's a nice feature, and better for their wrists. They also like the mouse pad feature, as well as the fact that they can scroll with it. However, others say that the keyboard works fine, but the trackpad does not work when plugged into a USB 2. 33 customers mention22 positive11 negative

Customers are mixed about the ease of use of the networking device. Some mention that the keyboard makes this keyboard very easy to use, and the TouchPad is so much. It was an easy plug-and-play, and convenient. It is also an easier keyboard to train a new typer on, and does not take long at all to get used to typing on it. However, others say that the touchpad is very jumpy and hard to control, making it very hard to try to select something on the screen. It's a pity that you can't adjust the height since there's no legs in the back, and that the Touch Pad is not in a user friendly place.

    16 customers mention6 positive10 negative

Customers are mixed about the typing speed of the networking device. Some mention that the key action is great, and the integrated keypad makes transitioning to mouse entry easy. However, others say that it slows down typing and decreases accuracy. The trackpad and R/L click are still a bit sluggish, and it often lags.

    42 customers mention5 positive37 negative

Customers are dissatisfied with the durability of the networking device. They mention that it's poorly made, the keys don't feel solid, and the mouse pad feels very cheap. The mouse pad area is faulty and will not last for any extended period of time. The touch pad section is of poor quality and doesn't work smoothly. The plastic used is subpar and it looks like it'll wear out quickly.

Works well for about 18 months - Q/C problems
Purchased in 8/2016. Was working perfectly. Just started to notice that the left click button is getting sluggish, probably from repeated use in a work setting. Based on this, I’d say the longevity of this item is about 18 months.Purchased again in 11/2020 based on finding no other product with a similar trackpad design. The trackpad and R/L click are still a bit sluggish but better than my older keyboard of the same make. But see if you can find the key installed upside down!
