Five stars!! I play football for the NPSFL and I have a bad back (go figure) so I needed something with a little more protection. Rather than be restricted with a full rib cage guard I went with the good ol' back plate.

Likes:
-Offers me some impact protection on my lower back.
-Easy to install, came with all the screws. Had it on my pads in five minutes.
-Good quality. Has been tugged and hit no damage to the plate or my back.

Dislikes:
-That I have to use one

Conclusion: If you are looking to protect yourself or a child playing football this is ideal. Easy to install stays on and even adds a little flash to your uniform.
