this is an excellent throw bag. the great thing is that the river we live near is about 60 feet wide. Whilst my wife was across the water hand catching the trout for the evenings feast, she was suddenly, and violently, swept away. Fearful for my bride i reached for this throw bag, and was immediately preparing my "toss". HA the problem is i was raised a baseball player, not your typical toss. I sprang into supersaiyan mode and with the force Goku I Kama Hama Ha'd the throw bad 23300 fps directly into my wife awaiting face. Since the river was so wide, i had to lead the target a short ways, just enough to hit the money at terminal velocity. luckily it knocked her immediately out Tyson style, and the rope wrapped around her throat for security. i was able to haul her "choking" self to safety. She is thankful for my quick thinking, for i must say, throat rope scars, two shattered cheek bones and broke nose, two blown ear drums from the sound wave, is well worth the price I'm willing to pay for her and anyones safety. Yes Yee

Nice addition to our boat. With younger kids, you never know when something might happen and having this extra safety item available provides piece of mind. This item is almost 50% less money than what you get at Bass Pro/ Cabelas, and is about 25 feet longer than what they typically sell.

Decent bag and rope, would have liked a carabiner holding the rope in the bag instead of just tying a knot through the bottom of the bag because it prevents the bag from standing upright.

Haven't had to use it yet...but worked well demoing in the yard

Handle is sewn to the side of the bag instead of the end of the bag which decreases the accuracy and distance of the throw. Bad design. Quality looked good, but if it can't reach the victim what good is it?
