    I bought this for my 2 1/2 years old grandson as soon as the price went down by 20 bucks. It took about week for it to be delivered.

    I was very excited and wanted to complete the assembly before my grandson gets dropped off the following morning, so I thought.

    Looking at the pieces and the picture on the box, it's pretty much self explanatory and shouldn't have any trouble at all, so I thought. So, I opened the bag of hardwares and decided to refer to the instruction manual and two other reference sheets.

    Putting the axle together was easy but I forgot to add the washer after I had already installed the cap nut. I should have read the instructions.The manufacturer knew this is a problem so they included an additional cap nut for this reason.

    Then attaching the steering wheel to the steering shaft was a pain, by this time it was getting late, I quit for the night. The following morning, my grandson had been dropped off and saw the tractor and I had trouble getting him off so I could finish the assembly. I had to insert a drill bit to the steering mounting hole to clear up the hole so I could insert the screw. Getting the steering wheel to line up with the hole was also a pain.

    At the end, my grandson was so happy to finally take his tractor for a ride. He loved it.

    My advise, read the step by step instructions and use the photos for reference so you don't have to go through what I went through. I would still give this tractor five stars due to to its powerful motors and the look of my grandson the fist time he saw it.
