    Cons:
    - Does not feel like a quality item like my old one.
    - The water settings is annoying, it does T set like my old one. One slightly touch of either the hot or cold it will throw off the overly water temp.
    - when I have the overhead shower on , the bottom will still drip a good amount of water not giving the shower the full power.
    - box it came in from the manufacturer was destroyed so idk if this will malfunction in the near future. Amazon box was fine so it leads me to think that Amazon just threw in this item in not caring that the item’s manufacturer’s box was severely damaged.
