This batter when used as a pure 1 to 1 replacement is thicker than your normal flour. This causes it to be harder to pour/ scoop into and mildly impacts the shape of the baked goods. That said the taste is still great and they are still plenty moist.

Update: I have no idea why the price has gone up to now 50$ for 5lbs. Insanely expensive, I certainly won't be purchasing if it gets any more expensive...
Yes, it is more expensive in Canada, but you cannot buy this product off the shelf in Canada. It's the best Cup for Cup GF flour I have ever used. It really is cup for cup.
