My Snap-On hammer was "lost" during a military move, so I bought this because I had to replace a CV axle, hub and bearing on my car.

First thing is that it feels much lighter than other hammers with same rating.
Second is that the strike surface began breaking apart almost immediately, even on rounded surfaces.

I went to lowes for a higher quality hammer so I could finish the job, I'm holding onto this one just in case I can find some use for it.
