Working very nicely for me in my office. They are very attractive and a great value. Speakerphones work well too. I have three. It is strictly a hardline system, so no signals trying to reach it causing lots of radio frequency in your environment. There is a model that does adapt to cordless phones, which looks identical. I however didn't want that.

I've had the phone for six months and I'm disappointed. I wanted a good speakerphone with full duplex so we wouldn't talk over each other on work conference calls. We still cut each other off frequently; some may be natural but some I suspect is the phone itself. Also, people tell me my voice cuts in and out sometimes. I tried an old headset and was told my voice was faint. I'm going to try a new one and see if it's any better.But the most frustration comes from the squishy keys. Even if you push them pretty hard, sometimes they miss a digit or two so you wind up with wrong numbers, or you wind up having to re-do your 800 number or conference code. This happens even on my presets; sometimes the phone reads all the numbers and sometimes for whatever reason it doesn't. This happens probably 10-20 percent of my calls, which can be a real pain when you have a lot of calls every day. I would buy another, but in reading reviews here, it appears nobody makes a really good and reliable full-duplex land line anymore.

WARNING: This phone does NOT work with the RCA 25065RE1 wireless head set. It is sometimes shown as "Sold together", but they are not compatible Now as to the quality of this phone, its not too great. The volume is wonky, it goes: really low, low, almost OK, then so loud that its super distorted and you cant understand anything. There is a jack for a wired headset, but it is recessed. If you have a larger headset jack or L-shaped jack it wont fit in the recessed area and you'll have problems. There is one and only one redeeming thing about this phone. Most cheap two line phones get kind of staticy when both lines are plugged in and this phone did not. Granted I only used it for 1 day, but I never heard any static when using it.
